Abstract

Islam encourages forming a family, marriage is His Sunnah. Marriage is also a servant's way of getting closer to the Creator, provided that he marries the right person. Because family is like a small picture in life that fulfills human desires, without eliminating needs. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. Research findings show that forming a harmonious and harmonious family is everyone's desire. Marriage is not only about fulfilling instincts and sharing material desires, but more than that there are various tasks that must be fulfilled, both psychologically, spiritually and socially which must be responsibilities. Including things that must be fulfilled, namely Kafa'ah. Kafa'ah in marriage, according to Islamic legal terms, is balance and harmony between the prospective wife and husband in terms of social, moral and economic levels, so that each candidate does not find it difficult to enter into marriage. Kafa'ah in marriage regarding household harmony is seen from several criteria that are taken into consideration, such as religion, lineage, assets, profession and also physical absence of defects. The influence of kafa'ah in marriage can be seen from several criteria in choosing a life partner.

Abstract

Development in an educational institution is very dependent on the leadership of the school principal. An educational institution is said to be of quality if the educational institution is able to play an active role in educating the nation's life. The principal's leadership role must include the ability to guide, supervise, motivate, open two-way communication, and assign assignments. The principal must be able to carry out an educational leadership role in the school. This research aims to determine the role of school principal leadership in improving teacher performance. The method used in this research is qualitative methods, the type of research used in this research is a literature review. The leadership of the school principal greatly influences teacher performance, because with good leadership it will be easy to achieve educational goals in an educational institution. The school principal functions as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and also as a motivator. The role of the school principal in improving teacher performance is by increasing teacher competency through training, creating a conducive school culture, and providing rewards for teacher performance.

Abstract

sastra, salah satunya yaitu novel. Novel bukan hanya bahan bacaan, akan tetapi novel juga mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dapat bermanfaat untuk kehidupan manusia. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam baiknya juga terdapat di dalam novel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan juga mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang ada di dalam novel Islamic Rose Books Sahabat yang datang dan pergi. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yakni penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data dengan menghimpun data dari berbagai literatur. Pendekatan yang digunakan di dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu bersifat studi pustaka menggunakan buku-buku yang merupakan sebagai objek utama. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang menghasilkan informasi berupa catatan dan data deskriptif yang terdapat dalam teks yang di teliti. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan penelusuran bahan dokumentasi yang ada yakni berupa buku, majalah, artikel dan juga internet. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terdapat di dalam novel Islamic Rose Books Sahabat yang datang dan pergi adalah nilai Aqidah, nilai ibadah, dan juga nilai akhlak.
