Abstract

This research aims to explain the age gap that occurs in marriage. The subjects in this study were husband and wife couples whose ages were more than 8 years apart.  Interviews and observations were conducted in October 2023. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods. The aspects discussed in this research are the meaning of marriage itself, the factors that cause the age gap in marriage, and also the impact of this large age difference. The results of this research are that marriages with a large age gap do not affect the household situation becoming strained, even if the husband is more mature, then he will be able to guide his wife and children. Couples who are ready to get married physically and mentally are also expected to have a prosperous and quality family.

Abstract

Islam encourages forming a family, marriage is His Sunnah. Marriage is also a servant's way of getting closer to the Creator, provided that he marries the right person. Because family is like a small picture in life that fulfills human desires, without eliminating needs. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. Research findings show that forming a harmonious and harmonious family is everyone's desire. Marriage is not only about fulfilling instincts and sharing material desires, but more than that there are various tasks that must be fulfilled, both psychologically, spiritually and socially which must be responsibilities. Including things that must be fulfilled, namely Kafa'ah. Kafa'ah in marriage, according to Islamic legal terms, is balance and harmony between the prospective wife and husband in terms of social, moral and economic levels, so that each candidate does not find it difficult to enter into marriage. Kafa'ah in marriage regarding household harmony is seen from several criteria that are taken into consideration, such as religion, lineage, assets, profession and also physical absence of defects. The influence of kafa'ah in marriage can be seen from several criteria in choosing a life partner.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, it causes rapid development and influences the process of finding someone's soul mate. This causes some people to have the mindset of taking advantage of this to look for potential partners, which is done online. Online ta'aruf via social media has become a significant contemporary phenomenon in the process of marriage. This research explores the views of Islamic law regarding the practice of online ta'aruf with a focus on halal, ethical aspects and the concept of marriage in Islam through Islamic legal analysis and literature study. The results of this research indicate that online ta'aruf can be seen as a positive tool in Islam as a means of finding a life partner and getting to know potential partners. However, halal aspects, including fulfilling marriage requirements and compliance with religious norms in the practice of online ta'aruf still need special attention within the framework of the Islamic religion. This research provides a basis for further understanding of Islamic law's view of online ta'aruf via social media in accordance with Islamic religious principles, thereby maintaining the integrity of the marriage process in a digital context

Abstract

This research aims to examine: 1) The positive impact of early marriage from an Islamic religious perspective; 2) The negative impact of early marriage; and 3) Factors that cause early marriage to occur. Using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach, this research collects data from relevant previous research. Data is compiled, analyzed and concluded to provide a comprehensive picture of early marriage. The research results show that: 1) There are positive impacts such as avoiding promiscuity; 2) Negative impacts include psychological and health problems; 3) Factors that influence include economics, tradition, and low level of education.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor kunci dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Melalui pendidikan, generasi muda dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Kurikulum merdeka belajar sebagai kurikulum pendidikan berfokus pada pemenuhan hak setiap peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang relevan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dan metode deskripsi kualitatif yaitu suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran sesuatu apa adanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran penting guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan asesmen, mendeskripsikan langkah- langkah guru dalam merancang asesmen, serta tantangan dan solusi guru dalam merancang asesmen yang sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK N 1 Karangdadap. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa asesmen memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK N 1 Karangdadap. Sebagai salah satu komponen utama dalam pembelajaran, asesmen tidak hanya menjadi alat evaluasi hasil belajar siswa tetapi juga berfungsi untuk mendukung pencapaian kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja dan kewirausahaan. Guru memainkan peran sentral dalam merancang asesmen yang berbasis kompetensi, relevan, dan selaras dengan tujuan pembelajaran, sekaligus mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila untuk membentuk siswa yang unggul secara akademik dan berkarakter.

Abstract

Keadilan gender dalam hak waris adalah isu yang relevan dan penting dalam konteks masyarakat yang berlandaskan dasar-dasar Islam.dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dan studi literatur yang menguraikan pandangan Islam terhadap keadilan gender dalam hal pembagian warisan. Islam sebagai agama yang mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan, termasuk masalah warisan, memiliki prinsip-prinsip dan pedoman yang khusus terkait kewarisan. Pandangan Islam terhadap keadilan gender dalam hak waris ditekankan dalam Al-Quran dan Hadis, di mana pembagian harta warisan harus dilakukan secara adil berdasarkan aturan tertentu. Namun, pandangan ini sering kali disalahpahami atau diinterpretasikan secara beragam dalam masyarakat Islam. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti perkembangan dalam pemikiran Islam modern yang berusaha untuk menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan gender dengan ajaran Islam. Dalam konteks ini, beberapa negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim telah mengadopsi reformasi hukum untuk mencapai tingkat keadilan gender yang lebih besar dalam pembagian warisan.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan Islam terhadap keadilan gender dalam hak waris memiliki dasar-dasar yang kuat dalam ajaran agama, namun implementasinya dapat beragam dan tergantung pada konteks budaya, sosial, dan hukum yang ada. Oleh karena itu, pembahasan yang mendalam dan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang isu ini sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan keadilan gender yang sejalan dengan ajaran Islam. Abstract

Abstract This paper aims to demonstrate al-Jailani's interpretation of the taharah verses which differ a lot from other interpreters. According to the author, many of the taharah verses understand it from the perspective of history and fiqh, in this study it will be understood by revealing the hidden meaning behind the verse. So that taharah in the spiritual domain can be implemented and can be interpreted widely, not only in fiqh and history but also in the perspective of spirituality. According to Sufi scholars, the Koran is not only understood with a historical approach. Because they believe that the Qur'an has an outer meaning (exoteric) and an inner meaning (esoteric). Through the 'irfani (illuminative) approach, they try to uncover the deepest meaning behind the Qur'an. This research is based on library research with the object being studied are the t}aharah verses in al-Jailani's interpretation using a hermeneutic approach. The concept of taharah according to al-Jailani is not only interpreted by cleaning hadas (rutial impurity) and najis (unclean) an sich. wider than that, taharah includes cleaning the heart and adorning it with noble character, so that a pious person can reach a high degree (fana') in the sight of Allah SWT. The concept of taharah presented by al-Jailani cannot be separated from the concepts of takhal, tahalli and tajalli. A student/salik can achieve this degree with the guidance of a murshid. Abstract

he phenomenon of early marriage is a subject that is not only interesting, but also urgent to be understood in more depth. Apart from various policies and programs that have been implemented to reduce the rate of early marriage. In relation to psychological well-being, this phenomenon can make a significant contribution to adolescents' experiences in various aspects of their lives. Early marriage is a phenomenon that urgently needs to be studied in depth in the context of adolescent psychological development, especially in the Tersono sub-district. In the areas we studied, there was an increase in cases of marriage at an age where they were not yet fully mature physically, emotionally and socially. This condition raises various critical questions regarding its impact on the psychological well-being of teenagers affected by cases of early marriage. This type of research is field research and the author focuses more on qualitative research methods in carrying out this analysis. Factors that influence early marriage include economic factors, low awareness of the importance of education, cultural factors, factors from the individual himself, and from social media. Early marriage has a negative impact on adolescent well-being, reproductive health, employment opportunities and mental health.

Abstract

This research discusses the challenges of harmonious unity in differences in cross-organizational marriages between Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah within the household. The main focus of the research is to understand the impact of different views of religious organizations on the dynamics of relationships and interactions between couples from NU and Muhammadiyah organizations. With a qualitative approach, this research involves in-depth interviews and observations of couples who face this problem. The research results show that differences in principles and values ​​between NU and Muhammadiyah can create tension in the household, requiring more intense open communication and the ability to manage differences wisely. This research also highlights the importance of an inclusive approach and mutual respect to strengthen harmony in households across religious organizations. The implications of these findings can contribute to efforts to understand the dynamics of marriage across organizations and design interventions that support the sustainability of unity despite differences in society.Keeyword : Harmony, Marriage, Cross-organization.
