Abstract

Mental health was still a significant health problem in the world, included in Indonesia. This negative label as a crazy person is unconsciously a self-created stigma, so the impact was that families or the community around people with mental disorders don't want to take care of it so that if allowed to continue, the rights of people with mental disorders will be neglected, for example social rights and the right to treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video education on social stigma in people with mental disorders. The research design was a one group pre-test-posttest pre-experimental design. The independent variable is video education while the dependent variable is society's stigma towards people with mental disorders. The population is the entire community in RT: 01 RW: 13 in Kediri Tinalan Village, Kediri City, a sample of 43 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.The results showed that before being given treatment, most respondents (65.1%) had a high stigma towards people with mental disorders, namely 28 respondents and after being given treatment, almost all respondents (93.0%) had a low stigma.  Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with sig value (2-tailed) or pvalue = 0.000 and error rate or = 0.05, so p <, 0.000 <0.05 so H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of video education on social stigma in people with mental disorders souls in the Tinalan Village, Kediri City. It is hoped that the community can add insight and information about stigma on ODGJ so that they can show good attitudes and behavior towards ODGJ.

Abstract

One of the main programs in the Health Center is the treatment program. The treatment program in the Health Center is a form of basic health service that is curative. Medicine is an important element in various health service efforts. Most health service efforts use medicine and the cost used for medicine is a fairly large part of the total health costs. The specific objective of this study was to determine the system of drug procurement study flow at the Pitu Health Center UPT, Ngawi Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach that is observational. The results of the study Drug management at the Pitu Health Center through planning, requesting, storing, distributing, destroying, controlling, recording and evaluating. The system used is centralized in the pharmacy room. The drugs issued with the drugs received are only slightly different. So for the need for medicine, it can be said to be met but not optimal. For the need for medicine from time to time, it varies according to the needs in the field Drug dispensing system First Expired First Out (FEFO) system, drugs that are close to ED are issued first. First In First Out (FIFO) system, drugs that enter first are issued earlier. There are 2 types of drug planning and procurement systems from GFK according to the stock of drugs available at the DINKES and through BLUD fund spending. Supervision is carried out both at the Pitu Health Center and in the field through usage reports. Keywords: Drugs, Planning and Procurement, Health Centers.

Abstract

Suicidal ideation in adolescents is a serious mental health problem that continues to increase in various countries. This article presents a literature review of the main risk factors that contribute to the emergence of suicidal ideation in adolescents, such as depression, academic pressure, domestic violence, social media use, and stigma towards mental health issues. In addition, this article discusses effective prevention strategies, including school-based interventions, family involvement, and mental health services. The research method used is a literature review by searching for scientific articles from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, with a publication range between 2013 and 2023. The reviewed articles were selected based on their relevance to the topic and methodological quality. This review shows the need for a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to address this problem comprehensively. Abstract

Penurunan sosialisasi dapat terjadi pada individu yang menarik diri, yaitu percobaan untuk menghindari interaksi dengan orang lain. Dimana individu yang mempunyai mekanisme koping adaptif, maka peningkatan sosialisasi lebih mudah dilakukan. Peningkatan sosialisasi pada pada pasien skizofrenia bisa dilakukan dengan pemberian terapi aktifitas kelompok sosialisasi. Aktivitas yang dilaksanakan dalam tujuh sesi yang bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan sosialisasi pasien. Pasien yang diindikasikan mendapatkan TAKS adalah pasien yang mengalami gangguan hubungan social. TAK Sosialisasi dibagi menjadi 7 sesi yaitu hubungan saling percaya, mampu menyebutkan kenapa menarik diri, mampu menyebutkan keuntungan bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan, mampu berhubugan sosial secara bertahap, mampu mengungkapkan perasaannya, mendapat dukungan keluarga , serta pasien dapat melakukan terapi kelompok ini.
