Abstract

Penurunan sosialisasi dapat terjadi pada individu yang menarik diri, yaitu percobaan untuk menghindari interaksi dengan orang lain. Dimana individu yang mempunyai mekanisme koping adaptif, maka peningkatan sosialisasi lebih mudah dilakukan. Peningkatan sosialisasi pada pada pasien skizofrenia bisa dilakukan dengan pemberian terapi aktifitas kelompok sosialisasi. Aktivitas yang dilaksanakan dalam tujuh sesi yang bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan sosialisasi pasien. Pasien yang diindikasikan mendapatkan TAKS adalah pasien yang mengalami gangguan hubungan social. TAK Sosialisasi dibagi menjadi 7 sesi yaitu hubungan saling percaya, mampu menyebutkan kenapa menarik diri, mampu menyebutkan keuntungan bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan, mampu berhubugan sosial secara bertahap, mampu mengungkapkan perasaannya, mendapat dukungan keluarga , serta pasien dapat melakukan terapi kelompok ini.

Abstract

Background: The use of social media can have a good as well as a bad influence. Its bad influence, there is empirical evidence to suggest that compulsive use of social media can have an effect on a person's self-concept, especially among adolescent smartphone users. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media addiction on the self-concept of adolescents in Kepanjen Kidul village. This study used a correlation analysis design with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was adolescents in kepanjen kidul village who were indicated to have social media addiction of 34 people. Methods: The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, while the instruments used were questionnaire sheets, and statistical tests using spearmans rank.  Results: The results of each variable were obtained by respondents who experienced a moderate level of social addiction as many as 16 respondents (47.1%) respondents who had a negative self-concept as many as 21 respondents (61.8%) The results of the spearmans rank  statistical test obtained a cophysific value of 0.486 and p-value  by 0.004 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of social media addiction on the self-concept of adolescents in the village of kepajen kidul. Conclusion: It can be concluded that a strong relationship with a positive direction the higher the Addiction to Social Media has an impact on the higher the Negative Self-Concept experienced.

Abstract

Background: One of the problems in treating mental disorders is societal stigma. The stigma against people with mental disorders is in the form of negative views towards people with mental disorders. Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the public stigma towards people with mental disorders in Nglebeng Village, Panggul District, Trenggalek District. Methods: This research design is qualitative with phenomenology approach. Informants were taken using a purposive sampling technique who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with 4 informants. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation with informants. Test the validity of the data where the researcher uses source triangulation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Based on the results of this research. Based on the results of this research, 3 major themes were found, namely: 1. Community knowledge of people with mental disorders, 2. Factors forming community stigma towards people with mental disorders, 3. Community attitudes and behavior towards people with mental disorders. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the cause of the emergence of public stigma is the lack of information and public knowledge about what people with mental disorders.

Abstract

Mental health is an important aspect in maintaining the overall well-being of society. Posyandu jiwa is a form of health service that aims to provide support and intervention for individuals with mental health problems. However, the quality of Posyandu jiwa services is highly dependent on the competence of the cadres on duty. Therefore, training Posyandu jiwa cadres is an important strategy in improving the quality of services. This article aims to report on community service activities in the form of training for Posyandu jiwa cadres at Posyandu jiwa, Rejomulyo Village, with a focus on increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres in handling basic mental health. This training is expected to improve the quality of Posyandu jiwa services and encourage early detection and appropriate intervention for people with mental disorders in the community.
