Abstract

Data melaporkan bahwa jumlah korban KDRT didominasi oleh perempuan, meskipun demikian ada juga laki-laki yang menjadi korban KDRT. Walupun minoritas, korban KDRT terhadap laki-laki juga tak elok disepelekan. Mengingat perempuan dan laki-laki juga manusia dan keduanya tak lepas dari probabilitas pelaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Berangkat dari keresahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini berusaha menjawab tiga permaslahan penting diantaranya terkait bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terhadap laki-laki, faktor-faktor KDRT terhadap laki-laki, dan dampak KDRT terhadap laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan proses mendapatkan hasil menggunakan analisis isi (Analysis Content). Hasil temuan dalam tulisan ini ialah bentuk kekerasan terhadap laki-laki ada dua yakni Psikis dan Fisik. Psikis berupa bentakan atau penelantaran ekonomi dalam rumah tangga, sedangkan fisik berupa kekerasan seperti lemparan, tusukan dengan benda tajam, tamparan dan kekerasan lainnya yang menyebabkan luka-luka. Terkait faktor-faktor yang melatari KDRT terhadap laki-laki secara garis besar diantaranya faktor psikis dari si pelaku (istri), faktor sosial (kontruksi masyarakat), dan faktor ekonomi. Sedangkan dampaknya ada dua yakni long term (jangka panjang) dan Short Term (jangka pendek). Jangka panjangnya berupa trauma dan segala bentuk konsekuensi sosial seperti stigma masyarakat. Sedangkan jangka pendek dapat berupa luka-luka fisik seperti lebam memar dan pendarahan. Ditilik ke dalam kesetaraan gender tentu saja hal ini mencedrai hak asasi manusia, melihat segala hak keniscayaan akan kebebasan dan hak akan hidup yang layak telah ternodai oleh tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Abstract

NTB Dormitory is a residence for students from the NTB province in Yogyakarta, this dormitory contains 41 students who study at several campuses in Yogyakarta. Students of NTB province consist of three different tribes namely Sasak Tribe, Samawa Tribe, and Mbojo Tribe. These three different cultural backgrounds live in harmony in one place, namely the NTB dormitory. This research aims to answer the problem of how the activities of NTB dormitory students and how the daily influence of NTB dormitory on Multicultural attitudes. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method whose data is obtained through observation and interviews. The theory used to approach this case is Berger's social construction theory. Where in Berger's view reality is formed from three dialectics namely internalisation, externalisation, and objectivation. Furthermore, the findings in this paper related to the activities of the NTB dormitory community can be seen from the activities made from the dormitory such as cleaning programmes, weekly meetings, yasinan and other activities that are most dominant are going to lectures, gathering discussions and hanging out. The daily lives of these students form an awareness of unity and a tolerant spirit. Because of the imagi in individuals who think that fellow NTB dormitory communities are people who have the same fate and the same neighbourhood. Even though their backgrounds have not previously known each other.

Abstract

Japanese language education in Indonesia, particularly in industrial areas such as Cilegon and Serang, is increasingly in demand as the need for a workforce with proficiency in Japanese grows. Zai Japan Training and Course Center (LKP) in Serang plays a vital role in preparing students to be ready for employment in Japanese companies. To enhance the effectiveness of learning, LKP Zai Japan applies a practice-based method that includes daily reporting in Japanese, the use of Japanese in dormitory life, work practice, and communication simulations in various real-life situations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the practice-based method in Japanese language learning and its impact on students' language competencies. A qualitative approach with observation and interviews was used to collect data. Observations were made directly in the classroom learning process and social interactions among students, while semi-structured interviews were conducted with the managers and teachers of LKP Zai Japan. The results show that the practice-based method significantly contributes to improving students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The use of Japanese in daily life accelerates students' language competency development. However, there are challenges such as limited facilities, the lack of qualified Japanese language instructors, and varying levels of student motivation. This study offers recommendations for LKP Zai Japan managers in designing a curriculum that better aligns with industry needs and improving the effectiveness of practice-based learning, in order to create a more competent workforce ready to meet the demands of the job market.
