Abstract

The problem of residents with awareness of the flow of sub-district administrative services is a problem related to the lack of information, education and outreach from the sub-district to the community about how to process population documents. mezzo intervention method (intervention with groups and communities), macro (intervention through policy and social action). Group work, namely to facilitate individual development both intellectually, emotionally and socially through group activities. Socialization of the Merdeka Village Population Administration Service Flow is a form of Field Work Practice mini project.

Abstract

In USU partner MBKM activities, it is necessary to have one form of program to be implemented in schools. This activity was chosen so that students can express the results of their imagination. So they can make creativity such as drawing and coloring which makes them happy and happy in the atmosphere of everyday formal learning activities. This activity also trains students so they can have creativity in drawing and coloring to give colors that match the image object. This activity is expected to improve students' ability to concentrate in carrying out future assignments. This activity was carried out to welcome the commemoration of National Education Day 2023.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Strategy of the JUMPA MADU Application Program (WASTE COLLECTION, RECEIVE MONEY) at the Seri Primary Waste Bank in Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency, as well as the impact of this program on the socio-economic impact of the local community. The research method employed observation and interviews with key informants, primary informants, and additional informants. The results indicate that the implementation of the JUMPA MADU program requires a well-thought-out strategy, including program planning, production and purchase of the program, program execution, as well as program monitoring and evaluation. The impact of this program on the social economy of the community in Lubuk Pakam District includes increased environmental awareness, increased income through exchanging waste for money or other products, and enhanced cooperation among the community, government, and relevant institutions. This research contributes to understanding the importance of program strategy in waste management through digital applications like JUMPA MADU, and its positive impact on the social economy of the community. Recommendations from this study include the continuous development of program strategies, increasing community participation, and strengthening cooperation collaboration with related agencies to maintain the sustainability of this program in the long term.
