Abstract

Tidak adanya variasi media yang efektif untuk hafalan Al-Qur’an, sehingga siswa tidak mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Monopoli dalam pembelajaran hafalan Al-Qur'an Juz 30 pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek dalam verifikasi uji dari keahlian materi, media dan praktisi. Subjek uji coba penelitian yaitu uji kelompok kecil yang sebanyak delapan orang sedangkan uji perorangan sebanyak empat orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu penilaian validator media dengan nilai 87,3% dengan hasil sangat baik. Validator materi dengan nilai 88,6% dengan hasil sangat baik. Validator praktisi dengan nilai 92% mendapatkan hasil sangat baik. Hasil uji perorangan dengan nilai 87% mendapatkan hasil yang sangat baik. Hasil uji coba dalam kelompok yang kecil dengan nilai 77% dengan hasil yang baik. Disimpulkan bahwa media monopoli dalam proses penghafalan Al-Qur’an juz 30 sangat baik dan efektif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the crucial role of teachers in nurturing Islamic morals among students, focusing on MA Salahuddin Nangalili. Through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis, the study reveals the multifaceted roles of teachers as educators, community members, and learning managers. Results demonstrate that teachers effectively fulfill their duties and responsibilities, serving as guides and mentors in shaping students' moral development. The findings underscore the significance of integrating moral education into the structural process of educational development, emphasizing the bonded relationship between teachers and students in facilitating continuous learning and moral growth. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of Islamic education and highlights the implications for fostering moral values within educational institutions. Highlights: Teachers as Moral Guides: Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping students' moral development through their guidance and mentorship. Integration of Moral Education: The study emphasizes the importance of integrating moral education into the structural process of educational development. Abstract

Madrasah in Indonesia are educational institutions whose curriculum contains Islamic lessons, which are often managed without proper planning. In this paper, the author will conduct a conceptual study based on existing literature regarding preparing strategic plans for improving management in madrasas. The conclusion of this study shows that strategic planning is essential in determining the direction of madrasah development in the future. Before compiling the madrasah strategic planning document, define the vision and mission to be achieved by all stakeholders. Then the madrasa conducts a SWOT analysis to determine its strengths and weaknesses and performs an environmental analysis to determine the weaknesses and strengths of the institution for the successful achievement of its mission and goals. After all stakeholders in the madrasa know the institution's condition, it is necessary to set targets that need to be evaluated annually. Highlights: Strategic Planning: Strategic planning is crucial for determining the future development direction of madrasahs, ensuring effective management and achievement of goals. SWOT Analysis: Conducting a SWOT analysis helps identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the madrasah, guiding decision-making and improvement efforts. Stakeholder Involvement: Involving all stakeholders in defining the vision, mission, and strategic goals fosters a shared sense of ownership and commitment to the madrasah's success.
