Abstract

The impact of an earthquake on the economic sector is very large. Mainly what happens in the economy of society with insufficient human resource capacity and invalid capital. This is like what happened in the 2021 Earthquake in Ampelgading District, Malang Regency. With the greatest damage impact occurring in Wirotaman Village. This research used qualitative descriptive methods with a research period of 3 months from 1 April - 1 July 2022. Data collection methods used interviews, observation and documentation techniques while the data analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research show that there is an impact due to the earthquake disaster on the economy of village communities. Because there is an obstacle in the production and distribution sectors. This results in widespread unemployment and poverty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the extent of BMT Al Rifa'ie's active role in managing funds through the funding sector and its impact on microeconomic activities for BMT Al Rifa'ie customers.The research method used in this case is descriptive analysis of case studies at BMT Al Rifa'ie. From the results of distributing questionnaires that were carried out to determine the characteristics of respondents in terms of gender, 74% were women and 26% were men, 13% aged 17-29 and 51% aged 30-40, 76% high school education level and 76% bachelor's degree. as much as 21%, and the professional level, namely private employees 43%, self-employed 22%, farmers 32% and civil servants 3%.The results obtained from the analysis above show that the highest financing was in Mudharabah Hijrah 1,915, Mudharabah Fitrah 112, Mudharabah Qurban 8, Mudharabah Hajj & Umrah 13, Mudharabah Terjangka 5, Mudharabah Financing 19

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Poty baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pembeli dan calon pembeli produk-produk Poty yang berjumlah tidak terbatas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah dengan cara random sampling (acak), sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari populasi yaitu 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi variabel digital marketing (X1) bernilai positif yaitu 2,768 dan nilai koefisien variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) bernilai positif yaitu sebesar 1,895. Nilai r (korelasi) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,786 atau 78,6% hal ini menunjukkan terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara variabel independen digital marketing (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). R Square menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,618  atau 61,8%. Dalam penelitian ini variabel digital marketing merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian
