<![CDATA[Abstrak Perekonomian merupakan sebuah hal yang fundamental dalam kehidupan umat manusia. Dengan perekonomian manusia dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan kepentingan sosial. Prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam didasarkan atas lima nilai universal yang meliputi tauhid (keimanan), keadilan, kenabian, khilafah dan hasil. Dari kelima nilai universal tersebut dibangunlah tiga prinsip derivatif yaitu kepemilikan multijenis, kebebasan bertindak atau berusaha serta keadilan sosial. Dalam pondasi ekonomi Islam pemerintah memiliki peranan penting dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Prinsip khalifah menjelaskan peran manusia sebagai wakil Allah. Oleh karenanya setiap perbuatan yang dilaksanakan manusia memiliki konsekuensi yang akan diperoleh. pemerintah hendaknya lebih memperhatikan lagi aspek kehidupan yang layak bagi masyarakat. Karena kehidupan yang layak bukan hanya tanggung jawab individu tetapi peran negara juga menjadi penentu dalam mewujudkan kehidupan yang layak. Islamic economic principles are based on five universal values which include monotheism (faith), justice, prophethood, caliphate and results. From these five universal values, three derivative principles were built, namely multi-kind ownership, freedom of action or business and social justice. In the foundation of Islamic economics, the government has an important role in creating social welfare. The caliphate principle explains the role of humans as representatives of God. Therefore, every action carried out by humans has consequences that will be obtained. The government should pay more attention to aspects of a decent life for society. Because a decent life is not only the responsibility of the individual but the role of the state is also a determinant in realizing a decent life.
