Abstract

This community service activity was carried out for Tempo Doeloe herbal drink partners in Ketintang, Kec. Wonokromo Surabaya. The problem faced by partners is the difficulty of increasing their productivity in fulfilling the demand for herbal drink products. Sales of traditional drinks during the COVID-19 pandemic experienced an increase because these drinks are efficacious in maintaining the body's immunity. Business actors fail to take this opportunity for several reasons, including a lack of product innovation to increase business productivity. Efforts to increase productivity are carried out by implementing minimal contact technology, namely the use of graters and spice presses to minimize hand contact with raw materials. This tool can speed up the process of refining materials as well as maintain product hygiene and speed up the packaging process. The application of this tool until the end of the assistance increased productivity by 400% and a reduction in the cost of production, thereby increasing the profit margin of the herbal beverage product business by 31.3%.
