Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, profound changes are reshaping the industrial landscape, significantly influencing industrial relations. This research aims to investigate the strategies and practices necessary for establishing responsive and fair industrial relations. Through a descriptive analysis approach, this study identifies a new framework that integrates advanced technology with inclusive human resource management practices. The results highlight the necessity of close collaboration among industry stakeholders, government, and educational institutions to adapt to technological changes and support the development of an adaptive workforce. In conclusion, building responsive and fair industrial relations requires a holistic transformation in organizational culture and active engagement from various stakeholders to achieve equality and resilience in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

Background: Based on observations in the field, researchers see that there are still many kiosks that are not used and traders tend to sell on the ground floor which is close to the main road or which is easily accessible to the public or buyers so that the rest are empty, especially on the 2nd floor where the top roof has not been completed. So far, traders consider that stalls on the lower floors have more customers compared to traders selling on the upper floors, so many traders place their activities outside the Cimindi Market area and become street vendors. This creates complex problems, apart from aesthetic and The decline in the quality of the environment can also cause congestion on the roads around Cimindi Market. .Research method: this research pattern uses a qualitative approach. According to Tanzeh, Qualitative research is research that is intended to reveal symptoms holistically-contextually (thoroughly and in accordance with the context/what is) through collecting data from natural settings as a direct source of the key research instruments themselves.⁶⁵ .Conclusion: Based on the research results regarding "Analyzing how big the influence of the lack of consumers at the Cimindi Traditional Market in Cimahi City" is, the researchers can draw conclusions due to the lack of buyers due to operational hours so that turnover drops drastically due to the lack of buyers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of education at RA Al-Fatah, focusing on four aspects: planning, recruitment, training and development, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that: (1) HR planning involves strategy formulation such as RPP, RPPH, and task division among vice principals; (2) recruitment is conducted through two models—government-based and committee-based—using a competency-based selection process; (3) training includes Merdeka Curriculum workshops and capacity-building in curriculum development; (4) monitoring and evaluation are carried out regularly, both internally and externally, to assess performance and improve educational quality.
