Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze efforts to build harmonious industrial relations in the CV Swadaya Tekstil work environment. The main focus of this research is to find out 1) What influences harmony in CV. Swadaya Textiles? 2) What is the role of leadership in building harmonious industrial relations at CV. Swadaya Textile?. This research was carried out directly by conducting interviews with one of the CV Swadaya textile parties to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of industrial relations in this textile company. The results of this research are key factors that contribute to harmony in industrial relations, including open communication that allows effective exchange of information between employees and employers, active employee participation in the decision-making process, and fairness in the implementation of company policies.

Abstract

This research is driven by business networks that are developing in the business world and giving rise to intense commercial competition. To answer this, the author conducted research on the business network carried out by Say Risolle MSMEs involving distributors, e-commerce and consumers. The aim of this research is to find out what the founders of Say Risolle did in building their business network and to study how Say Risolle was marketed. This research was conducted directly with the founder of Say Risolle who is also the author of this research. This research examines how the business network implemented by pioneer Say Risolle for product development starts from marketing until the product is marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, specifically observing Say Risolle's operational areas at the location level, actors, commercial activities and marketing strategies that will be carried out by Say Risolle through the e-commerce platform.

Abstract

This article aims to determine marketing competition regarding product quality and business networks at Karsa Mahardika Nusantara. This research focuses on the marketing and quality of products and business networks that have been carried out by Karsa Mahardika Nusantara. Observation and interviews are data collection techniques in this research. Based on the results of this research analysis, it can be concluded that Karsa Mahardika Nusantara has done marketing well and is able to compete with similar competitors, even though they have to expand their marketing area, Karsa Mahardika Nusantara is confident in the quality and materials they have so that they continue to grow and develop well until now.

Abstract

The business understanding is one of the foundations of the work relationship that leads to an understanding or lawful relationship for the gatherings leads to freedoms and commitments. With It is trusted that the presence of a work understanding can understand the execution of the freedoms and commitments of representatives parties decently. Nonetheless, practically speaking it has not been completely understood. For get it going, in addition to other things: With government mediation, this is as per the quality of business regulation in Indonesia is that it is blended, in particular both private and public. Aside from that, the standards contained in the work understanding should be as one with every one of the standards contained in the law arrangements, including: The rule of opportunity of agreement, the standard of consensualism, the guideline of assurance regulation, the rule of honest intentions, the guideline of character, the standard of trust, the standard of lawful fairness, the standard of balance, the rule of lawful assurance, the ethical guideline, the standard of fairness and the standard of security. These standards are interconnected with each other, can't be isolated, are applied at the same time, and utilized as a limiting casing for the items in the work understanding.

Abstract

In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. Based on this, if an industrial relations dispute occurs and the company or workers do not find a good decision then this dispute will be handed over to the labor union to be resolved so as to obtain a mutually beneficial solution between the two disputing parties. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how digital marketing is used in building business networks. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of this research is the Hot MieRoll business. The results of this research are digital marketing that the HotMie Roll business can use as an effort to build a business network is creating a Google Business account, creating social media as a marketing medium and creating photo or video content which will later be uploaded on social media by following current trends.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the network is formed and managed, to find out what products are produced and what the marketing system is like at RKM GARMENINDO. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Through this research method, researchers find knowledge about research at a certain time. The results obtained in this research are CV which is engaged in making high quality clothes for various clothing models including shirts, trousers and t-shirts with several other models. RKM GARMENINDO ensures that every product they make has guaranteed quality and creative models. The conclusion of this research is that suppliers for raw materials or basic materials, namely fabric, only take from 1 supplier who is trusted so that the quality and cleanliness of the material is maintained and the distribution of parties that collaborate with UMKM Rkm Garmenindo only shops around the Bandung area, and only 3 The places that are always distributed are the shops in the Alun-alun, Tegalega and Cijerah areas. From the production aspect, there are only 3 products that are most popular with customers, namely shirts, t-shirts and men’s shorts. Suggestions expand distribution from region to region in the city and utilize social media to open an online shop. Increase the number of products that are innovative and can keep up with today’s market and have the unique characteristics of each product produced by UMKM Rkm Garmenindo.

Abstract

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, profound changes are reshaping the industrial landscape, significantly influencing industrial relations. This research aims to investigate the strategies and practices necessary for establishing responsive and fair industrial relations. Through a descriptive analysis approach, this study identifies a new framework that integrates advanced technology with inclusive human resource management practices. The results highlight the necessity of close collaboration among industry stakeholders, government, and educational institutions to adapt to technological changes and support the development of an adaptive workforce. In conclusion, building responsive and fair industrial relations requires a holistic transformation in organizational culture and active engagement from various stakeholders to achieve equality and resilience in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by CV. Ciwidey food and what CV does. Ciwidey Food in developing its business network. Observation and interviews were the data collection techniques used in this study. The analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely by collecting, processing and presenting data obtained when conducting research so that complete information is obtained about what is researched. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the strategy in building a CV. Ciwidey Food can be done by expanding promotions through social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. CV. Ciwidey Food builds a business network with expedition services in marketing its products. Expedition business networks can provide great benefits to CVs. Ciwidey Food by having a partnership with the network CV. Ciwidey Food can expand the distribution range of their products, such as being sent out of town and even abroad.
