Abstract

Culture is a medium that has a significant role in introducing and Characterizing the identify of a nation. The Aceh province has a unique culture and diverse. Some cultures that exist today are the result of acculturation between the malay culture, Middle East and Aceh. behind it all, the lack of information about the culture media in Aceh.  Make the public, especially young people have less interest in knowing about the culture. Research methods is modeling UML ( Unified Modeling Language). Result to be achieved is an Android- Based application Aceh Culture can increase our interest to preserve and conserve the culture of Aceh. Keywords : Culture, Android, Aceh

Abstract

ABSTRACT Unimodal systems have limited information that can be used for identity recognition systems. The multimodal system was created to improve the unimodal system. The multimodal system used in this study is the combination of the face and palms at the matching score level. Matching scores is done using the Weighted Sum Rule method. Extract features from each sample using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method. Meanwhile, large data dimensions are reduced by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The distance between face and palm data is measured using the closest distance, namely the Euclidean Distance method. Benchmark dataset using ORL, FERET and PolyU. Based on testing on each database, an accuracy rate of 98% (ORL and PolyU) and 95% (FERET and PolyU) is obtained. The test results show that the multimodal system using the Hybrid method (PCA and LBP) biometric system runs well and optimally. Keywords: Artificial intelegency, recognition, LBP, multimodal

Abstract

istem Informasi Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) merupakan salah satu solusi digital yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan di pemerintah desa dalam hal efisiensi, akurasi, dan kemudahan pelaporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di beberapa desa di Kabupaten Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi keuangan mempengaruhi kelengkapan akurasi data dan transparasi karena sistem telah meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan, namun masih terdapat kendala pada pelatihan SDM dan ketersediaan infrastruktur TI.   The Village Financial Information System (Siskeudes) is a digital solution developed to improve transparency and accountability in village financial management. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of financial information systems in village governments in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and ease of financial reporting. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation in several villages in Bireuen Regency. The results show that the financial information system affects the completeness, accuracy, and transparency of data because the system has increased reporting efficiency. However, there are still obstacles in human resource training and the availability of IT infrastructure.
