Abstract

School Operational Assistance is a grant provided from the government to carry out teaching and learning activities, so as to reduce the cost burden for students. In data management at the State School 15 Muara Dua Lhokseumawe which still uses the Excel application, it can provide obstacles for the selectors in assessing, several obstacles such as inaccurate and non-transparent data management can occur with existing requirements, so that the process of selecting beneficiaries for students is wrongly targeted. and takes a long time, thus a Decision Support System is needed. Decision Support System (DSS) is a specific information system that is intended to assist management in making decisions related to semi-structured problems effectively and efficiently, and does not choose the decision-making function in making decisions. The Decision Support System implemented in this study uses the Simple Additive Weigting (SAW) method. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in targeting the process of selecting the right beneficiaries and being more transparent. The results of the research are the application of a decision support application in determining the acceptance of Web-Based School Operational Assistance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi adalah sistem pengolah data menjadi sebuah informasi yang berkualitas dan dipergunakan untuk suatu alat bantu pengambilan keputusan. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) adalah suatu lingkungan yang memasukkan objek virtual 3D kedalam lingkungan nyata secara real-time. Penelitian ini akan memasukkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) kedalam sebuah marker. Dari marker tersebut akan dijadikan sebagai masukan, kemudian aplikasi ini akan mendeteksi marker sehingga tipe rumah 3D yang ada pada perumahan Griya Asri Padang akan muncul tepat diatas marker  seolah-olah tampak nyata dan menampilkan furniture yang ada didalam rumah yang ditampilkan melalui smartphone Android. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR) ini dapat mempermudah pengelola Griya Asri dalam melakukan promosi dan mempermudah pembeli dalam menentukan tipe rumah yang diinginkan dengan melihat tipe rumah secara 3D dan informasi dari masing-masing tipe rumah Griya Asri serta dapat merubah paradigma pengguna mengenai fungsi lain dari smartphone. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya inovasi baru berguna sebagai media promosi yang menarik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Unimodal systems have limited information that can be used for identity recognition systems. The multimodal system was created to improve the unimodal system. The multimodal system used in this study is the combination of the face and palms at the matching score level. Matching scores is done using the Weighted Sum Rule method. Extract features from each sample using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method. Meanwhile, large data dimensions are reduced by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The distance between face and palm data is measured using the closest distance, namely the Euclidean Distance method. Benchmark dataset using ORL, FERET and PolyU. Based on testing on each database, an accuracy rate of 98% (ORL and PolyU) and 95% (FERET and PolyU) is obtained. The test results show that the multimodal system using the Hybrid method (PCA and LBP) biometric system runs well and optimally. Keywords: Artificial intelegency, recognition, LBP, multimodal

Abstract

This study aims to create a parking payment system that is easier to use, users do not need to use cash for the payment process and overcome queues that often occur at the parking gate and also make it easier for the manager to manage parking payments. The method used in this re-search is Literature Study, Field study where in the field study requires hardware and software. This research was carried out at Suzuya Mall Bireuen using a qualitative method where the system was created to facilitate the parking payment process, where users simply use an inte-grated RFID tag card and have been given a balance to make the payment process so that the payment process does not need to use cash and can overcome the queue in the parking lot, in this case the user can also refill the balance so that the balance in the RFID tag card can in-crease and can be reused for payment processing

Abstract

The process of selecting candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara still using a manual process and by a subjective assessment. In this study the authors designed a decision support system to determine the candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro using TOPSIS method. The criteria we used in the decision support system process are the area of the house, house building materials, type of floor, occupation and income. In this decision support system, it is supported by a method in making decisions, that is a web- based Topsis method which can support data processing. The sample data analyzed by using Topsis method in this research obtained that several people who had the priority to receive the housing rehabilitation of dhuafa assistance based on the preference value of each alternative are Fatimah Ben, which has a value of 0.534110001, Habsah with a value of 0.481135666 and Mawardi with a value of 0.629027038. Habsah with a value of 0.481135666 and Mawardi with a value of 0.629027038. The final result of this research is that the system built can help the selection team for home rehabilitation of dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara to make the process of determining more accurate.

Abstract

Currently, the Cahaya Medika Bireuen Pharmacy does not yet have an online-based queuing system that makes it easier for prospective patients to take a queue number without having to go to the pharmacy to take a queue number. This study aims to implement a web-based information system that can improve patient care. The system built does not only focus on taking queue numbers. The results of this study also include information about facilities and doctors' schedules, making it easier for the public to find information about clinics.

Abstract

Catfish farming is one of the businesses that is very much in demand by the community, because it can improve the community's economy. However, not all catfish farming businesses can produce maximum results. This can be caused by several factors, both from feed, management and water quality. Decrease in water quality can be caused by feces and fish feed residue. Poor water quality can cause the growth process, physiology and level of fish behavior to be disturbed. Efforts that can be done is to use aquatic plants as phytoremediation. The plants used in this study were Azolla sp, Eichhornia crassipes, Lemna sp, Ipomoea aquatic. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study were ammonia levels, pH, and plant population. The results showed that Eichhornia crassipes and Lemna sp were able to reduce ammonia levels in catfish cultured water by 0.01 mg/l at the end of the study.Keywords:AmmoniaWater plantsCatfish

Abstract

The development of information technology makes the world of business competition increasingly fierce. Where not only private companies and MSMEs take a technological approach but also government agencies and BUMN. One of them is Pertamina, which launched the My Pertamina application and has required the use of the application in purchase transactions for subsidized pertalite and diesel fuel. After the enactment of this provision, many users found problems with its use. obstacles experienced by users, such as application errors when processing transactions or transaction data that is not appropriate, so that the application cannot be used outside Java. This study aims to find out how users accept the application and what variables are affected by using the UTAUT model. Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior are the variables considered in this study. 200 respondents were gathered when researchers distributed questionnaires with many questions regarding factors on a Likert scale. Following data analysis, it was discovered that the variables Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, and Social Influence all positively influence Behavioral Intention, which in turn positively influences Use Behavior.
