Abstract

The tourism sector in Madiun Regency has significant development potential, highlighted by 75 tourist destinations. However, inadequate management of tourism data has led to suboptimal growth. To address this issue, a tourism data management system is proposed to facilitate efficient data handling for various stakeholders, including Destination Managers, Tourism Industry Managers, and Service Verifiers. The system manages data on tourist destinations, the tourism industry, and visitor information. The results of system testing using the black box method show that all features are functioning properly. The system was tested using usability testing, it showed a score of 87% from a total of 53 respondents, indicate that the developed system is both functional and user-friendly.

Abstract

Kabupaten Madiun memiliki potensi wisata yang sangat banyak. Sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Madiun memiliki peranan yang cukup penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mengurangi kemiskinan di Kabupaten Madiun. Pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor pariwisata dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Disparpora) Kabupaten Madiun guna memaksimalkan potensi wisata daerah. Guna meningkatkan efektifitas pembangunan berkelanjutan, perlu adanya prioritas pembangunan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Madiun. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem yang memberikan informasi destinasi wisata yang menjadi prioritas pembangunan di Kabupaten Madiun. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah fuzzy-TOPSIS. Kriteria dan sub kriteria yang digunakan bersumber pada Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pedoman Destinasi Pariwsata Berkelanjutan. Alternatif yang digunakan adalah destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Madiun. Sedangkan target yang dicari adalah destinasi wisata yang menjadi prioritas pembangunan dilihat berdasarkan skor terendah.

Abstract

The rise of Web-based applications has created a demand for streamlined data management and automatic data synchronization. Even manually stored local data is often insufficient to meet these requirements, necessitating a solution that can efficiently manage data access and storage through Cloud technology. This study advocates for utilizing the Google Drive API to resolve these issues. By leveraging the benefits of Google Drive's Cloud storage, Web applications can seamlessly synchronize user-uploaded data to the Cloud. To initiate this integration, a Google account is required to authenticate the process and serve as a mediator for data exchange. This approach employs secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data privacy. The system is developed using an iteration-based approach starting with user requirements analysis, followed by interface design and API integration. Pilot tests were then conducted to validate system performance under various usage scenarios. The findings revealed a noteworthy advancement in the synchronization and administration of data through the Web-based application with a data transmission duration of under 60 seconds, contingent on internet speed. Google Drive's API integration enables users to access files and manage them in real-time, surpassing prior limitations. To meet the demands of progressively intricate Web-based applications, future research can concentrate on enhancing data security and optimizing performance.
