Abstract

Food Estate is the development of the concept of food production in an integratedmanner through the activities of the food crops, horticulture, plantation andlivestock sub-sectors. The need for a priority scale of economic sectors in MalangRegency as a leading commodity to support food estate. So a research wasconducted with the aim of determining the leading sub-sectors and determiningthe leading commodities in the food estate supporting sector in Malang Regency.The type of research used is combined research or qualitative and quantitativecombined research. With a spatial approach, Economic Approach, EcologicalApproach, and Resource Management Approach. The analysis method used is theLeading Commodity Analysis, Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Growth Share.The results showed that 6 sub-sectors became the basis sector, 5 sub-sectorswith a progressive sector typology, and 9 sub-sectors with a fast-growingnational typology. There are 4 main commodities in Malang Regency, namely RedOnion, Cayenne Pepper, Cabbage and Tomato. These four superior commoditiescan support the Food Estate in Malang Regency

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan pengembangan infrastruktur transportasi menjadi aspek vital dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan transportasi dan mendukung mobilitas penduduk, khususnya layanan kereta api. Stasiun Malang Kota Baru merupakan bagian dari layanan transportasi kereta api sehingga fasilitas-fasilitas dari stasiun tersebut diharapkan dapat berfungsi secara optimal dan memberikan kepuasan bagi pengguna layanan stasiun. Atas dasar tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap fasilitas yang disediakan di Stasiun Malang Kota Baru (sisi timur) dan mengetahui indikator yang menjadi prioritas dalam peningkatan kualitas fasilitas stasiun. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak dari pengguna harian stasiun sebanyak 115 responden, dan data dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung. Parameter penelitian mencakup dua puluh variabel amatan yang meliputi beberapa fasilitas stasiun, di antaranya fasilitas keselamatan, fasilitas kesehatan, petugas keamanan, intensitas cahaya, ketersediaan peron, CCTV, loket / vending machine, kanopi / atap peron, kebersihan, musala, kursi duduk penumpang, tempat sampah, toilet dan air bersih, jadwal kedatangan dan keberangkatan kereta api, fasilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas, ruang khusus ibu menyusui, drop point, fasilitas parkir, lift & eskalator, dan pengumuman melalui pengeras suara / speaker. Data dianalisis dengan importance-performance analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai kepuasan pelanggan terhadap fasilitas stasiun adalah sebesar 3,7 dari rentang nilai 1-5. Analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas kesehatan, peron, musala, kursi duduk penumpang, tempat sampah, toilet dan air bersih, dan fasilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas merupakan fasilitas dengan prioritas penanganan dan pengembangan sehingga diperlukan strategi peningkatan performa dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Each region has the potential to grow and develop according to their respective conditions. The difference in these conditions results in inequality in the speed of growth and development in each region, this condition is known as disparity. The gap will be a problem if there is a gap that is too large and is caused by the wrong development system, so that it can be a cause of unrest, dissatisfaction and even a separatist movement that wants to separate itself from the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The basic problem in regional development in the Metropolitan Area, especially Malang Raya is the gap between regions where development is monocentric, centered on Malang City. Responding to such conditions, it is necessary to formulate a regional disparity system in Malang Raya, to find out the extent to which development and regional growth are concentrated in Malang Raya. In addition, it is hoped that through the formulation of the regional disparity system, it can be a reference so that the direction can minimize regional disparities in Malang Raya.
