Abstract

Introduction: fraktur femur ialah hilangnya kontinuitas pada tulang paha, dengan kondisi klinis berupa fraktur terbuka serta tertutup. Fraktur ini disebebkan oleh syok kecepatan tinggi, kecelakaan kendaraan, jatuh dari ketinggian, atau cedera selama olahraga ekstrim. Objective: asistensi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Tn. A dengan diagnosa medis fraktur femur di ruang Sakura RSUD Syamrabu Bangkalan,dengan penerapan tehnik distraksi dan relaksasi untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri akibat dari fraktur femur yang dialami pasien.kegiaatan ini dimulai pada tanggal 16 agustus 2023 sampai dengan 19 agustus 2023. Method: Kegiatan asistensi dilakukan dengan memberikan asuhan keperawatan melalui 5 proses antara lain pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan.pada kasus ini penelitian dilakkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan case study research dimana bertujuan menggambarkan penerapan proses distraksi dan relaksasi pada pasien fraktur. Result: Hasil menjelaskan masalah utama yang muncul dengan diagnosa nyeri akut dan gangguan mobilitas fisik, yang diberikan intervensi selama 2 hari yaitu dengan penerapan proses distraksi dan relaksasi,Hasil yang didapat nyeri pada klien berkurang dan mulai bisa mobilisasi. Conclusion: pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan diagnosa medis fraktur femur dapat teratasi dengan menggunakan metode distraksi dan relaksas mampu membrikan hasil yang maksimal sehingga dapt dijadikan bahan sebagai acuan penerapan SOP penanganan nyeri pada fraktur.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of building a relationship between the personal qualities of a counselor and the personal qualities of counseling in the context of counseling services. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with counselors who have experience in the field of counseling. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between the personal qualities of the counselor and the personal qualities of counseling has a significant impact on the effectiveness of counseling services. The personal qualities of the counselor, such as empathy, patience, and honesty, contribute to the creation of a positive relationship with clients, which in turn enhances counseling outcomes. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing the personal qualities of counselors through continuous training and supervision to improve the effectiveness of counseling services

Abstract

The research aims to reveal the truth and conclusions about an object at the Nurul Jadid Vocational School Institution. The subject is human resources. This research found that the human resource planning carried out by the school principal and his staff was going well, so the decline in human resources each year was pretty close to a stable number. This institution has continuously improved management, learning curriculum and marketing systems. The aim is to be competitive and increase interest in the institution. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive qualitative research is a problem formulation that guides research to explore or photograph the social situation that will be researched thoroughly, broadly and in-depth. This research shows that the human resource inequality that occurs among students is caused by insufficient employee human resource quotas and inferior employee discipline, which impacts the discipline of students.

Abstract

This study examines how accreditation affects perceived service quality in schools, specifically looking at the strategy at SMP Nurul Jadid. In today's era, accreditation is essential to build public trust in educational institutions. We used a qualitative case study method, collecting data from observations, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, students, and parents, and reviewing official documents. The main results of this study indicate that "A" accreditation acts as a major driver that changes many things. First, accreditation increases school trust and reputation, serves as tangible evidence of quality, influences parents' decisions, and generates pride within the school. Second, accreditation becomes a strategic key to obtain more resources and establish new partnerships, which ultimately improve school facilities and programs. Third, accreditation encourages the development of a curriculum that is more appropriate and focused on student needs, triggering innovation in teaching. However, we also found that there were various opinions from teachers, protests from some members of the community, and varied student academic results. This means that for accreditation to be truly successful, schools need good change management strategies, effective communication, and special attention to the needs of all parties. Academically, this study provides new insights by linking accreditation with Signaling Theory, Legitimacy Theory, and Social Capital Theory to explain how accreditation works at the junior high school level, filling a gap in research that often focuses on higher education. The limitations of this study are that it only takes one school sample and does not delve too deeply into the differences between groups of people. Therefore, further studies that are broader and use a variety of methods would be very helpful in making more targeted education policies.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the effectiveness of a Total Quality Management (TQM)-based web application in optimizing academic placement assessments in Islamic boarding schools. The background of this study is based on general problems related to the low efficiency and accuracy of the manual placement test process. The study was conducted at the Darul Lughoh Islamic Boarding School using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, which are analyzed using the Miles interactive model, as well as the approaches outlined by Huberman and Saldaña (2014). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a TQM-based system can improve the efficiency of assessment implementation, the accuracy of student placement based on initial competencies, and strengthen teacher and student participation in the entire assessment process. In addition, this system reflects TQM principles such as customer focus, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making, which contribute to the creation of more measurable, transparent, and sustainable academic governance. These findings reinforce the urgency of developing a quality-based digital assessment system as a strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education. This study also recommends replication of similar models in other educational institutions as part of adaptive and technology-based academic management reform.
