Abstract

World Health Organization strategy 2014 - 2023 mengembangkan serta menerapkan pengobatan tradisional dan komplementer dimana pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan juga memperhatikan aspek holistic dan kultural yang ada (WHO, 2013). Dalam konteks pelayanan kebidanan, asuhan yang diberikan bersifat holistic care yaitu mencakup aspek fisik, mind, body, dan spiritual. (Khuzaiyah & Kristiyanti, 2020). Kesehatan holistic tidak hanya mencakup aspek fisik saja, akan tetapi mental, social, dan spiritul. Tai chi exercise sebagai upaya dalam mengurangi keluhan ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Tai chi merupakan latihan atau olahraga tradisional china dengan gerakan lambat, pernafasan dalam, dan pemusatan pikiran dengan unsur meditasi. Tai chi merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan atau seni untuk kesehatan fisik, keseimbangan jiwa, dan mental. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil melalui tai chi exercise. Metode pelaksanaan: Terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Terdapat 16 responden ibu hamil trimester III di Desa Kemsantani, Gondang, Mojokerto. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil pengetahuan sebelum melakukan tai chi exercise 16 ibu hamil (100%) tidak mengetahui tai chi exercise, dan setelah melakukan tai chi exercise peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil sebanyak 13 orang (81,25%) dengan baik. Kesimpulan : Ibu hamil yang melakukan tai chi exercise mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang tai chi exercise dengan baik

Abstract

 In Indonesia, according to the results of  Riskesdas (2018), the proportion of anemia in 2018 has increased to 48.9 % when compared to 2013 which was 37.1%. Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where a hemoglobin level is below 110 g / L in the first and third trimesters or a hemoglobin level below 105 g / L in the second trimester. Anemia during pregnancy will impact pregnancy, childbirth, and post-partum.   The purpose of literature review is to summarize the risk factors of anemia in pragnancy women. Literature review was taken from 15 journals using a crosssectional study, population is pregnant women in the region. There are eight international journals and seven journals from Indonesia with the span of the last five years. Literature source was from  Pubmed, BMC, and Google Scholar. There were 19 variables were statistically significant through bivariate and multivariate tests on the occurrence of anemia in pregnancy.  These variables were age, ethnicity, education, parity, compliance with Fe tablets, economic status, nutritional status, trimester in pregnancy, gestational age, frequency of ANC, residence, income, family members, food insecurity, mother's diet, current clinical disease, parasitic infection, mothers do not use family planning, and  body mass index (BMI).
