Abstract

The teacher's method in conveying learning to students is by choosing a method that makes it easier for students to understand the lesson being delivered, therefore the teacher chooses the syawir method in which there is deliberation in the method that makes students active in learning so that students are happy in learning and easily understand lessons. This study has the following objectives: To find out the implementation of the syawir method in increasing students' understanding of the Book of Fathul Qorib at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittihad and to describe the results of implementing the syawir method in increasing students' understanding of the Book of Fathul Qorib at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittihad. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques are: interviews, observation, documentation and data analysis. There are 3 data analysis namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: the students are enthusiastic in learning and enthusiastic, the knowledge achieved by the students related to understanding fiqh becomes wider, the students easily understand what is being learned, the students' self-confidence increases, the students easily remember the meaning of each word in the book, the students are able to read the book smoothly and correctly, smoothly working on questions during the exam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pola asuh orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Penulis mengumpulkan data dari beberapa buku, artikel dan lain-lain yang berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian. Selanjutnya, penulis melakukan analisis isi sehingga dapat menjawab dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tujuh pola asuh yang positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak: reasonable parents, encouraging parents, concistent parents, peacemaking parents, caring parents, relaxed parents, dan responsible parents. Wujud peningkatan motivasi belajar anak adalah munculnya kemandirian anak dalam bentuk kebutuhan untuk berprestasi (need for achievement) atau n-Ach sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh David McClelland. Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, Parenting, Motivasi Belajar, Kemandirian Anak.

Abstract

Abstract The mosque functions as a central hub for Muslim worship and social activities. It plays a strategic role in community development, particularly in nurturing the younger generation as prospective future leaders. However, for more than 27 years, Al-Huda Mosque in Batu City located in Junrejo District, Dadaprejo Village experienced a vacancy in the management of the mosque youth organization (Remaja Masjid/Remas), with all activities being handled entirely by the takmir (mosque management board). This community service program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving collaborative planning, action, observation, and reflection with local stakeholders. The program resulted in the revitalization of the mosque youth organization, increased youth participation, and the establishment of sustainable mosque activities. This initiative fosters leadership regeneration and social change by emphasizing participatory strategies to revive a previously inactive religious youth organization. Keywords: Empowerment, Mosque Youth Organization, Management Revitalization. Abstrak Masjid berfungsi sebagai pusat utama bagi ibadah muslim dan kegiatan sosial. Memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan komunitas, khususnya dalam membina generasi muda sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan. Namun, ternyata selama kurun waktu lebih dari 27 tahun, Masjid Al-Huda di Kota Batu kecamatan Junrejo, kelurahan Dadaprejo ini mengalami kekosongan dalam pengelolaan remaja masjid (Remas), dan seluruh kegiatan ditangani sepenuhnya oleh pengurus takmir. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan perencanaan, aksi, observasi, dan refleksi secara kolaboratif dengan para pemangku kepentingan lokal. Program ini menghasilkan reformasi Remas, peningkatan partisipasi remaja, dan kegiatan masjid yang berkelanjutan. Inisiatif ini mendorong regenerasi kepemimpinan dan perubahan sosial, dengan menekankan strategi partisipatif untuk menghidupkan kembali organisasi remaja keagamaan yang sempat vakum. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Remaja Masjid, Revitalisasi Kepengurusan.
