The objective of this explanatory research is to identify the effects of work discipline, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) of East Java Distribution. The data of this quantitative study was harvested from questionnaires distributed to the employees. This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) of East Java Distribution located in Genteng sub-district of Surabaya. Using saturated sampling technique, all 84 employees were selected as the sample. The acquired data was analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test; all of which were performed in SPSS version 22 for Windows. This study finds that work discipline positively and significantly influences employee performance, that job satisfaction positively and significantly impacts employee performance, and that organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee performance. Therefore, PT PLN (Persero) of East Java Distribution is expected to enhance its disciplinary system and its appreciation to employees as well as to optimize employee empowerment in order to improve the performance of its employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur yang terletak di Surabaya, Kecamatan Genteng, Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 karyawan. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS Version 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur.
