Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation for radiographers' compliance with the personal radiation dose monitoring tool Thermoluminescence Dosimeter at the Radiology Installation of Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive study with an observational or non-experimental design with a cross-sectional design and a survey approach with 4 radiographers as respondents to determine the level of motivation for radiographers' compliance and the factors that influence the motivation of radiographers' compliance with the personal thermoluminescence dosimeter radiation dose monitoring tool. Data analysis was carried out univariately. The results of this study indicate that there is motivation for radiographers' compliance with the use of personal thermoluminescence dosimeter radiation dose monitoring tools, namely 75%. and the rest were not motivated by compliance with the use of a personal thermoluminescence dosimeter radiation dose monitoring device, namely 25%, with the characteristics of the respondents being mostly female, 50%. and the remaining 50% are male, and the majority of respondents with an average age of 25-35 is 75%. and the remaining 25% with respondents aged 35-45

Abstract

An inventory of the diversity of higher plants (Spermatophyta) at Harapan Bangsa Stadium, Lhong Raya, Banda Aceh, aims to determine the number of species found in the Harapan Bangsa Lhong Raya stadium as an effort to meet the needs of green open spaces in public facilities. The technique used is exploratory and roaming with purposive sampling. The results showed that the number of Spermatophyta plant species totaled 198 species, with the highest distribution from the casuarinaceae family 58 species, followed by anacardiaceae 25 species, lamiaceae 15 species, arecaceae 15 species, sapotaceae 15 species, arecaceae 13 species and rubiaceae 12 species, while the rest represented the Fabaceae, Myrtaceae, Nygtaginaceae, Oxalidaceae, Poaceae, Meliaceae, Arecaceae, and Caricaceae families. So it can be concluded that the Spermatophyta plants in the Lhong Raya stadium area have fulfilled the Green Open Space (RTH) requirements as a public facility. More research on the efficiency of green open space on oxygen supply in public environments is hoped for.Keywords: Inventory, Spermatophyta, Green Open Space (RTH)

Abstract

Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian agar menjadi lebih maksimal yaitu dengan pemberian pupuk dan pestisida yang berbahan kimia. Tanpa disadari emisi dari bahan kimia pupuk pestisida ini justru dapat menjadi limbah bagi tanah pertanian itu sendiri. Sehingga ahli-ahli ilmu bidang pertanian mulai mengembangkan dan memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat pupuk-pupuk organik yang aman bagi lingkungan. Umumnya pupuk organik yang masyarakat ketahui hanya pupuk kandang dan kompos, padahal sampah-sampah organik dari dapur juga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan pupuk organik. Sampah organik adalah sampah yang dapat mengalami pelapukan (dekomposisi) dan terurai menjadi bahan yang lebih kecil dan tidak berbau, sampah ini lebih mudah terurai dibandingkan jenis sampah anorganik. Sampah organik jika dikelola dengan baik akan menghasilkan produk yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu dalam membuat pupuk organik cair sehingga dapat menghasilkan tanaman yang baik dan sehat tanpa pupuk kimia. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian materi berupa persiapan alat dan bahan, proses pembuatan dan perawatan.Kata kunci: pupuk organik cair, sampah organik
