Abstract

Pada tahun 2024, diperkirakan akan ada peningkatan ekonomi global. Karena adanya mayoritas penduduknya ini kebanyakan beragama Islam, Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan ekonomi syariah. Strategi ekonomi syariah dapat meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi Indonesia. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi ekonomi syariah dapat memperkuat stabilitas ekonomi syariah. Melibatkan berbagai komponen, seperti kebijakan fiskal dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis syariah, peningkatan rantai pasokan halal, pengembangan lembaga keuangan syariah, peningkatan literasi masyarakat, kerja sama internasional berbasis syariah, dan digital syariah. Indonesia memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas ekonominya dengan memperkuat pondasi keuangan syariah dan mempromosikan lebih banyak prinsip keuangan syariah. Ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan ekonomi tetapi juga akan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih berdaya dan berkelanjutan. Negara tersebut juga mampu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan bekerja sama dengan negara lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing strategies can affect consumer interest, with a case study on Bakso and Mie Ayam Purnama traders in Larangan Luar Village. The Islamic business ethics approach includes the principles of honesty in promotion, fairness in pricing, trustworthiness in service, avoidance of usury and fraud, social and environmental benefits, and openness to criticism and suggestions (ihtisab). The results show that traders who consistently apply the principles of Islamic business ethics can increase consumer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. Honesty in promotion and transparency of information help build trust, while fair pricing creates customer satisfaction. Trustworthy and quality service provides a positive experience for consumers, and openness to criticism and suggestions strengthens the relationship between merchants and consumers. Overall, the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing strategies proved to be effective in attracting consumers and improving business reputation in the eyes of the community. This study also provides recommendations for merchants to continue developing ethical and sustainable marketing strategies, as well as suggestions for further research in expanding the understanding of the impact of Islamic business ethics in various business contexts.

Abstract

Islamic political economy is a discipline that studies the interaction between economic and political principles within the context of Islamic teachings. This article examines the evolution of Islamic political economic thought from the classical era to the contemporary era. This research also explores various Islamic economic movements that have emerged in response to global and regional economic challenges, including the emergence of the Islamic banking system and Sharia-based economic initiatives. Furthermore, this article evaluates recent developments in Islamic political economy, including the role of Islamic financial technology (Shariah Fintech), Sharia-based economic policies adopted by several countries, and global efforts to promote economic and social justice according to Islamic principles. With a comprehensive analysis, this article aims to provide in-depth insights into how Islamic political economy continues to develop and adapt in the face of rapidly changing global economic dynamics.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of Madurese ulama in maintaining halal practices in the community of Dasuk District, Sumenep Regency. Through a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this research explores the subjective experiences of the community and ulama in understanding and internalizing halal values ​​in everyday life. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation of the religious and socio-economic activities of the Dasuk community. The research results show that ulama play a role as educators, moral supervisors, and social role models who guide society to consistently implement halal principles, not only in consumption but also in work and social interactions. Ulama use a gentle and contextual da'wah approach, such as recitations and informal discussions, to instill awareness about the importance of halal. The main challenges faced include differences in people's levels of understanding, the influence of modernization, and changes in lifestyle. In conclusion, the role of village ulama in Dasuk is very significant as moral and cultural agents in maintaining the continuity of halal values ​​amidst the social dynamics of Madurese society.
