Abstract

Abstract: RTH or also called green open space is an open space without a building, having certainsize, shape, and geographical boundaries with any status of mastery, in which there are woodyand annual green plants, with trees as the main plant and other plants (shrubs, grasses and othercover plants), as complementary plants and other objects that also complement and support thefunctions of the respective green space. RTH and urban forest found in the city of Makassar hasdecreased and not functioned optimally. In addition, RTH in the city of Makassar has not providedan educational function. Therefore, RTH in Makassar city needs to be developed by creating anarea such as agro-tourism area. One of location that has good potential and has been developedas one of the green open space and urban forest in Makassar is Maccini Sombala Site. MacciniSombala is an area located on Nuri Baru sub-district Tamalate of Makassar. Therefore, a MOIplanning concept is created as an agro-tourism area. This research aims to make MOI areaplanning as edu-agro-tourism area. The usefulness of this research is a consideration for thegovernment in the development of the area and other areas with other similar functions. Theresearch method used is the site design modification that leads to the concept of MOI areaplanning as edu-agro-tourism area.Keywords: RTH, urban forest, Maccini Somabala, edu-agro-tourism area

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi mencerminkan efek positif dari kebijakan pemerintah terutama dalam aspek ekonomi. Industri keuangan syariah dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan, seperti mengatasi perbedaan antara bentuk dan substansi, menghadapi keuangan sosial dan etika berbasis nilai, serta memperkuat kepercayaan publik. Tantangan-tantangan ini dapat diatasi dengan mendasarkan keuangan Islam pada perspektif ekonomi moneter Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan mengandalkan data sekunder yang berasal dari jurnal, artikel, serta berbagai buku yang membahas tentang kebijakan moneter islam pada sistem ekonomi Indonesia. Kebijakan moneter bertujuan untuk mencapai dan menjaga stabilitas nilai mata uang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis literatur tentang kebijakan moneter konvensional dan kebijakan moneter Islam. Meskipun demikian, kebijakan moneter berdasarkan perspektif Islam belum sepenuhnya diterapkan dalam sistem ekonomi Indonesia, sebagaimana diatur dalam UU No. 6 Tahun 2009 Pasal 7. Tujuan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif Islam, karena terdapat perbedaan mendasar antara kebijakan moneter konvensional dan kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan dauroh ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perubahan dalam membaca Al-Quran sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid dan tahsin bagi para mahasiswa STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. Sehingga mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam membaca Al-Quran dengan fasih. Adapun metode dalam Dauroh ini diawali dengan memberikan sebuah teori-teori atau kaidah dalam ilmu tajwid terlebih dahulu, kemudian kegiatan berikutnya yaitu memberikan materi tahsin qira’atul qur’an kepada peserta dauroh dengan menggunakan metode talaqi. Kegiatan dauroh ini diakhiri dengan praktik membaca Al-Quran dengan tepat baik dan fasih. Berdasar kegiatan dauroh yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengadakan dauroh tahsin qiraatul Quran di STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung tepat sasaran dan sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

The swallow nest business in Ambarawa Village is growing, supported by the availability of large land and high demand for local and export markets. Although it is a side job, this business has great potential to increase income if managed well and supported by knowledge of proper maintenance techniques. This study aims to analyze the clarity of the capital used in the construction of the swallow house, the income of swallow entrepreneurs at each harvest, and the obstacles faced by swallow entrepreneurs. The population of this study consisted of 32 swallow entrepreneurs in Ambarawa Village with a sample of 15 entrepreneurs who had produced swallow nest harvests. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through direct communication techniques, observation, and documentation studies, as well as tools in the form of interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the capital for the swallow nest business varied, ranging from IDR 120,000,000 to IDR 370,000,000. The net income of swallow entrepreneurs also varied, ranging from IDR 4,550,000 to IDR 28,500,000 per month. The highest income reached Rp28,500,000, while the lowest income was Rp4,550,000. Swiftlet entrepreneurs face various obstacles, such as unstable weather, pests (cockroaches, birds, rats, and geckos), difficulty in obtaining building materials due to rural locations, uneven distribution of swiftlets, lack of assistance or counseling from the government, and declining prices of swiftlet nests.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the development of the First Ice Tea business, focusing on its business feasibility and halalness. The population used in this study was all First Ice Tea businesses in the Lamongan area, East Java. The data collection methods used include observation and literature study. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively using literature studies. The results of the analysis show that from a financial point of view, the First Ice Tea business is feasible to be developed more widely

Abstract

Islamic political economy is a discipline that studies the interaction between economic and political principles within the context of Islamic teachings. This article examines the evolution of Islamic political economic thought from the classical era to the contemporary era. This research also explores various Islamic economic movements that have emerged in response to global and regional economic challenges, including the emergence of the Islamic banking system and Sharia-based economic initiatives. Furthermore, this article evaluates recent developments in Islamic political economy, including the role of Islamic financial technology (Shariah Fintech), Sharia-based economic policies adopted by several countries, and global efforts to promote economic and social justice according to Islamic principles. With a comprehensive analysis, this article aims to provide in-depth insights into how Islamic political economy continues to develop and adapt in the face of rapidly changing global economic dynamics.

Abstract

This research analyze the implementation of English language assessments for listening, speaking, reading, and writing based on the principles of validity, reliability, practicality, authenticity, and washback.The assessment is administered into 27 students of seventh grade at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. The research aims to evaluate how the designed assessments align with effective assessment principles while addressing classroom realities.The quality of the test is analyzed by using mixed-method approach, quantitative analysis utilized the Pearson Product-Moment and Split-Half methods to measure validity and reliability, while qualitative analysis examined practicality, authenticity, and washback through observation and student feedback. The findings indicate that while several test items fulfilled validity and reliability criteria, many required revision to enhance alignment with learning objectives and improve consistency. Practicality was evident as the assessments could be conducted within time and resource limitations, although challenges appeared in scoring and analysis processes. Authenticity was reflected in the use of materials and tasks closely related to students' daily contexts, promoting meaningful language use. Additionally, the assessments generated positive washback, motivating students to engage actively in learning while providing teachers with insights for instructional improvement. These results highlight the significance of designing assessments that are not only aligned with curriculum goals but also promote comprehensive language skill development. The research contributes to enriching assessment literacy among pre-service teachers and emphasizes the continuous need for reflection and refinement in language assessment practices to foster effective English learning environments in EFL contexts.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan yang melibatkan remaja berusia 13–18 tahun yang belum matang secara fisik maupun mental, dan di beberapa budaya Indonesia masih dianggap lumrah. Tingginya angka pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Cibarusah menjadi perhatian karena berdampak pada kesehatan, pendidikan, dan psikososial remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai pengaruh edukasi melalui media booklet terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang pernikahan dini di SMPN 3 Cibarusah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi berjumlah 359 siswa, dengan 189 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan memakai kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat setelah edukasi, dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), menandakan pengaruh yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, media booklet terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pernikahan dini dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai metode edukasi untuk pencegahan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to marketing strategies, including for halal products, which are increasingly in demand by global consumers. Halal products are not only required to meet Sharia standards but also to build trust and brand awareness in a competitive market. This study aims to examine effective digital content strategies for enhancing halal product brands in the digital era. The method used was a qualitative approach through case studies of halal business actors using interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), observation, and documentation. The results show that informative, educational, and consistent content strategies optimized with SEO and social media can increase halal product visibility, strengthen brand image, and foster consumer loyalty. Collaboration with influencers and creative use of digital platforms have also proven effective in expanding marketing reach. Thus, a targeted content strategy serves not only as a promotional tool but also as an educational and communication tool that supports the sustainability of the halal product business.
