Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kesulitan siswa kelas VI dalam menghitung bilangan dan diskon penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep operasi bilangan dan diskon penjualan, serta kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal yang kompleks. Kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman konsep dasar, metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik, dan kurangnya latihan. Hal tersebut akan berdampak negatif bagi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar, minat belajar, dan kemampuan numerik. Untuk teknik penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengambil sampel siswa kelas VI yang memenuhi kategori interaksi sosial tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, analisis kepada siswa kelas VI untuk memastikan kesulitan belajar siswa dalam menghitung bilangan dan diskon. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian ini dapat memberi gambaran yang jelas tentang kesulitan siswa kelas VI dalam menghitung bilangan dan diskon penjulan, dan dapat memberikan solusi untuk mengantisipasi dan mengatasi kesulitan dalam proses belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of educational communication on student learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between teacher-student communication and student learning outcomes. This study uses a mixed method, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. A survey of 125 students and 25 teachers was conducted to collect quantitative data. The results of the study show a significant positive correlation between teacher-student communication and student learning outcomes. Teachers who use a student-centered approach and provide clear instructions tend to have students with higher learning outcomes. This study highlights the importance of effective teacher-student communication in improving student learning outcomes, as well as contributing to the existing literature on educational communication and learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of ASY SYIFA Course and Training Institute (LKP ASY SYIFA) in improving community skills in computer technology. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method conducted at LKP ASY SYIFA in Pati Regency. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that LKP ASY SYIFA plays a significant role in enhancing community computer skills through interactive learning strategies, systematic training management encompassing planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as the provision of adequate facilities and relevant learning modules. The training programs provide tangible benefits, including improved technical skills, increased self-confidence, and better work readiness among participants. Therefore, LKP ASY SYIFA contributes substantially to community empowerment and the strengthening of digital literacy in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the storytelling learning method on the listening skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 53 Sauleya in Takalar Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects were all 30 fifth-grade students at SDN 53 Sauleya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, consisting of 15 students in the experimental class and 15 students in the control class. Data collection used a listening ability test in the form of a pre-test and post-test. The results showed a significant effect between the use of the storytelling method on students' listening skills. This was demonstrated by an increase in the average score in the experimental class from 66.67 to 87.00. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test, the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) was less than 0.05, indicating a significant effect. This indicates that the use of storytelling methods can optimally influence students' listening skills. Therefore, the application of engaging learning methods such as storytelling should be considered as an effective strategy in influencing students' listening skills in elementary schools
