<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dengan status perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT) pada PT. Angkasa Pura Support; dan Implementasi pelaksanaan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PWKT) pada PT. Angkasa Pura Support. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perlindungan terhadap pekerja/buruh PKWT dalam pelaksanaannya belum berjalan secara optimal, masalah yang dihadapi dalam PKWT terhadap pemberian perlindungan pekerja/ buruh diantaranya adalah permasalahan dalam implementasi PKWT dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan ketenagakerjaan, bentuk perjanjian kerjasama dalam PKWT yang tidak dituliskan secara detail dan jelas sehingga terjadi tumpang tindih dalam pelaksanaannya, terakhir adalah permasalahan dalam pengawasan PKWT yang belum dilakukan secara optimal dengan kata lain di dalam kontrak tidak tertera adanya perlindungan hukum pada perjanjian yg di tanda tangani (2) Pelaksanaan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT) PT. Angkasa Pura Support ditemukan masih banyak ketidaksesuaian dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang PKWT, Namun hak pekerja telah terpenuhi sesuai dengan isi kontrak yg telah ditanda tangani. The research objective is to analyze the form of legal protection for workers with fixed-term work agreement (PKWT) status at PT. Angkasa Pura Support; and Implementation of a certain time work agreement (PWKT) at PT. Angkasa Pura Support. This research uses Normative legal research methods. The results of this research show that: (1) Protection of PKWT workers/labourers in its implementation has not run optimally, and the problems faced in PKWT regarding the provision of protection for workers/labourers include problems in implementing PKWT with statutory regulations relating to employment, form The cooperation agreement in the PKWT is not written in detail and clearly so that there is overlap in its implementation, the last is the problem in the supervision of the PKWT which has not been carried out optimally, in other words, the contract does not state that there is legal protection for the signed agreement (2) Implementation certain time work agreement (PKWT) PT. Angkasa Pura Support found that there were still many discrepancies with the statutory provisions governing PKWT, however, workers' rights had been fulfilled by the contents of the contracts that had been signed.]]>
