Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction, attributes that are priority improvements as well as suggestions that can be implemented to increase satisfaction with the service received by passengers. The research was conducted on city transportation on the Cimahi - Parongpong route. The population in this study are passengers who use services on the Cimahi - Parongpong city transportation route where the population in the study is unknown. The sample in this study was selected using the Simple Random Sampling method, namely random users of city transportation services on the Cimahi - Parongpong route, totaling 384 respondents. In this research, data analysis uses the Service Quality (ServQual) and Important Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. The results of the research show that: the level of satisfaction with city transportation services on the Cimahi - Parongpong route is not 100% in line with passengers' expectations, where the results obtained are 29%, there are still passengers who feel that the service they receive is not satisfactory. Apart from that, the attributes included in the main priorities that need to be improved and the proposals offered are also integrated into service quality and passenger satisfaction in this research.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah kapal tunda, approach time, postpone time, effective time, berth time dan turn round time terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan di Pelabuhan Cigading secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah kapal curah kering sebanyak 37 kapal, teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif, dan sumber data adalah data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,529 yang menunjukkan besarnya variasi kesiapan operasi peralatan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel jumlah kapal tunda bekerja, waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time, waktu pengurusan dokumen, effective time, berth time dan turn round time secara simultan sebesar 52,9%. Dengan model persamaan yang menjadi model dengan estimasi terbaik, . Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa: (1) jumlah kapal tunda (tug boat) berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (2) waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan,       (3) waktu pengurusan dokumen berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (4) effective time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (5) berth time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (6) turn round time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (7) jumlah kapal tunda bekerja, waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time, waktu pengurusan dokumen, effective time, berth time dan turn round time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan secara simultan.

Abstract

The Singkil Adiwerna intersection in Tegal Regency with a 2-phase arrangement has the potential to cause accident risks due to traffic conflicts. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to arrange phases to reduce traffic conflicts aimed at improving traffic safety by considering intersection performance. The analysis method uses PKJI (2023) method for intersection performance, PTV VISSIM for simulation modeling, and Surrogate Safety Assement Model Software for the number of conflicts. The results of the analysis of 2-phase conditions with a cycle time of 86 seconds have a degree of saturation of 0.60, a queue of 7.09 meters, a delay of 16.72 seconds, an intersection level of service B and a safety level with a conflict value of 452. The application of 3 phases with a cycle time of 100 seconds has a degree of saturation of 1.01, a queue of 14.02 meters, a delay of 32.74 seconds, an intersection level of service C, and a conflict value of 243 with a 46% decrease in conflict value from 2-phase conditions. If the application of 4 phases with a cycle time of 130 seconds has a degree of saturation of 1.27, a queue of 20 meters, a delay of 47.73 seconds, an intersection level of service D, and a conflict value of 104 with a 77% decrease in conflict value from the 2-phase condition. Based on PM 96 of the Ministry of Transportation, judging from the function of the road, namely a secondary collector road with a level of service of at least C, the selection of phase settings and cycle time of the APILL intersection recommends 3 phases with a cycle time of 100 seconds.
