Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah kapal tunda, approach time, postpone time, effective time, berth time dan turn round time terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan di Pelabuhan Cigading secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah kapal curah kering sebanyak 37 kapal, teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif, dan sumber data adalah data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,529 yang menunjukkan besarnya variasi kesiapan operasi peralatan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel jumlah kapal tunda bekerja, waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time, waktu pengurusan dokumen, effective time, berth time dan turn round time secara simultan sebesar 52,9%. Dengan model persamaan yang menjadi model dengan estimasi terbaik, . Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa: (1) jumlah kapal tunda (tug boat) berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (2) waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan,       (3) waktu pengurusan dokumen berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (4) effective time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (5) berth time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (6) turn round time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan, (7) jumlah kapal tunda bekerja, waktu kapal tunda bekerja atau approach time, waktu pengurusan dokumen, effective time, berth time dan turn round time berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan operasi peralatan secara simultan.

Abstract

Tariff determination can assist companies in generating profits, thus requiring appropriate policies to attract many consumers. This study aims to determine the ideal freight rate based on the calculation of vehicle operating costs and to determine when the Break-Even Point occurs based on the ideal rate. PT Madang Trans Logistik is a transportation service company that handles freight delivery. The delivery of construction materials on the Cileungsi-Jambi route is the route with the highest volume of transportation. The research results obtained vehicle operating costs for credit vehicle purchases of Rp 598,735,217/Year. The ideal freight rate based on vehicle operating costs at a margin of 18% is Rp 15,889,512/Truck-Trip and at a margin of 23% is Rp 16,465,218/Truck-Trip. And it reaches the break-even point (BEP) on the 42nd trip at an 18% margin and on the 39th trip at a 23% margin.

Abstract

With the provision of feeder mode (Feeder) train, which consists of Feeder Train and Commuter Line Bandung Raya, it will provide several alternatives for passengers who will continue their trip to the center of Bandung City. Under existing conditions, the Feeder Train experienced a significant increase in interest compared to the Commuter Line Bandung so that there is a gap in the probability of Feeder Train passengers with Commuter Line Bandung Raya. This is what makes researchers feel the need to analyze passengers' preferences in choosing the next mode of transportation and get an understanding of what factors influence the choice of transportation and sensitivity to the model. The number of samples from this study amounted to 96 respondents with data analysis methods using logistic regression analysis and binary logit difference analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, the following difference utility function model is obtained: PFeeder = 1/(1+ e^(-(0.442 + (X1) + 0.122 (X2) + 0.023 (X3) + 0.020 (X4) + (X5))) with PFeeder = Probability of Feeder Train, PCL = Probability of Comline Baraya, X1 = cost, X2 = frequency, X3 = travel time, X4 = headway, X5 = capacity. From the model, a higher probability of choosing Feeder Train is obtained with a probability value of 61% and the probability value of Commuter Line Bandung Raya is 39%. In other words, respondents still tend to choose Feeder Train to be used as a further mode of transportation, with influencing factors based on test results with high significance, namely cost, time and headway. From the results of the sensitivity analysis of the cost, travel time and headway variables, the cost variable is the most sensitive variable if there is a change in value on the attribute compared to the travel time and headway variables.
