Abstract

Mengidentifikasi dan memahami dinamika brand extension sebagai strategi branding saat sangat penting terutama saat launching produk. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi branding dan pembentukan ekuitas merek usaha yang sesuai. Penulisan penelitian ini membahas mengenai Ekstensi Merek dalam peningkatan Strategi Branding. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan terhadap 400 dokumen yang diambil dari database WoS, program perangkat lunak POP dan VOSviewer. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan tentang industri kreatif memberikan pembelajaran bagi kajian manajemen bisnis, membantu industri kreatif dengan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan industri kreatif. Mempelajari brand extension akan membantu meningkatkan kemajuan industri kreatif. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya telah memberikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda, namun tidak menguraikan struktur intelektual dan evolusi badan penelitian tentang industri kreatif. Artikel ini awalnya memberikan analisis menyeluruh terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut, serta melihat lebih dekat perluasan merek sebagai strategi peningkatan merek industri kreatif.

Abstract

The research aim to examine the influence of service quality’s variables (i.e. tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer loyalty. Multiple linear regression method, F-test and t-test were used to analyze data. The results proved the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables of service quality were significantly influenced the customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia(Persero) Kantor Pos Sleman, both simultaneously and partially. Furthermore, the reliability variable of service quality was identified dominantly influence the customer loyalty. Keywords: Service quality, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, customer loyalty.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a dominant role in driving the wheels of the economy both on a local, regional and global scale. The aim of this research is to reveal people's economic education in instilling entrepreneurial values ​​through economic education in society. This research uses the literature study method. The research results show that entrepreneurs who are dynamic and committed to success are proven to influence economic growth and prosperity. This businessman who is full of leadership and entrepreneurial spirit will take on the task of leading an economic revolution to improve a more decent standard of living. In society, entrepreneurial values, such as creativity, innovation, careful risk management, perseverance, responsibility and optimism, must always be instilled in the younger generation. Especially through Economic Education. So that the soul and spirit of the younger generation can be more competitive in facing competition in the era of society. The role of Economic Education is very important in shaping the enthusiasm of the younger generation to become active and participatory actors in driving the economic revolution towards positive change.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of airport quality on customer satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. This research uses validity tests, reliability tests, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. Test the hypothesis using the t test, f test and R2 test. The results of this research show that the variables: Tangibles X1, Reliability X2, Responsiveness X3, Assurance In this research, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, the number of samples in this research was 100 respondents.
