Abstract

Permasalahan kehidupan perekonomian yang sulit membuat masyarakat berinisiatif untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Banyak dari mereka yang membutuhkan dana untuk membuka dan memperlancar usahanya, maka disinilah peran Koperasi Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur sebagai koperasi simpan pinjam yang berbasis Syariah dengan mengembangkan produknya, salah satunya yaitu adanya pembiayaan Murabahah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang mana menggambarkan dan menguraikan data-data yang telah terkumpul, dimana data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara langsung kepada AO (Account Officer), dan nasabah Kanindo Syariah JATIM itu sendiri. Selain itu penelitian ini juga di tunjang dengan adanya data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa ada beberapa faktor penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah yaitu dikarenakan keadaan ekonomi nasabah, usahanya yang tidak lancar, musibah bencana alam, kurang atau tidak adanya kejujuran dari anggota, karakter dari anggota itu sendiri, serta lemahnya analisa pembiayaan dari pihak Kanindo Syariah sendiri. Adapun cara yang dilakukan Koperasi Kanindo Syariah JATIM dalam menangani pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah menggunakan cara-cara yang lebih bersifat kekeluargaan, seperti melakukan silaturahmi, pembinaan, rescheduling, memberi surat peringatan, dan sita jaminan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work experience on emotional intelligence and work motivation of employees of the Indonesian Agro Niaga Cooperative (KANINDO) Syariah East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on emotional intelligence, work experience has a significant effect on emotional intelligence, the work environment has a significant effect on employee work motivation, work experience has a significant effect on employee work motivation, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee work motivation, emotional intelligence cannot mediate the influence of the work environment on employee work motivation, and emotional intelligence can mediate the influence of work experience on employee work motivation at KANINDO Syariah East Java.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the role of Sharia Cooperatives, a part of Sharia Financial Institutions, in improving community welfare. These institutions operate on sharia principles, aiming to generate profits for both customers and financial institutions. The study focuses on the impact of these cooperatives on rural communities, such as Tulusayu Village in Wagir District, Malang Regency, who require funds to develop their economy. Method: The study employs socialization and counseling as methods to educate the people of Tulusayu Village about the characteristics, principles, economic goals, and products of Sharia Cooperatives. The focus is on the development of small micro businesses, particularly through the Kanindo Syariah JATIM Cooperative Wagir Branch. Practical Applications: The practical application of this study lies in its potential to provide the community with knowledge and understanding about the existence and benefits of Sharia Cooperatives. By participating in socialization and counseling activities, the community can learn how to leverage these cooperatives for economic development. Conclusion: The study concludes that the active participation of the community in these activities can significantly support the improvement of the economy in Tulusayu Village. The existence of Sharia Cooperatives, therefore, plays a crucial role in community development and welfare improvement.
