Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning management system as a risk mitigation for Covid 19 at an early childhood education institution in Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. In order to get an overview of the Learning Management System Learning as Covid Risk Mitigation in early childhood, the researchers mingled directly in the implementation of learning and made observations and documented learning activities at the institution. Interviews were conducted with principals and teachers. The results of the study indicate that teacher innovation using a learning management system is carried out through; parental involvement, use of online media, selection of materials, assessment, and follow-up. This study implies that teachers must have innovation and creativity in managing their learning according to the targets they have set to generate total motivation and intelligence of students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Exclusivel breastfeeding forl the firstl 6 monthsl of anl infant's lifel is essential to support growth and prevent the risk of serious disease. The success of exclusive breastfeeding depends not only on the mother, but also the support of the husband as Breastfeeding Father and husband’s knowledge. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the husband's involvement in the role as Breastfeeding Father and the husband's level of knowledge on the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The studyl used a quantitativel approach with al cross-sectionall design and involved 77 respondents taken from a population of 96 people throughl purposive lsampling technique. lData were collectedl using al questionnaire thatl included variables ofl husband's knowledge level, Breastfeeding Father role implementation, and exclusive breastfeeding success. The results of bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between the level of husband's knowledge and the role of Breastfeeding Father on the success of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value <0.05). Husbands who have high knowledge and actively provide emotional and material support can increase thel success ofl exclusive breastfeedingl for infantsl aged l0-6 lmonths. This studyconcluded that the husband's level of knowledge and involvement as a Breastfeeding Father play anl important rolelin supportingl the successl of lexclusive Breastfeeding. Therefore, a structured health education program is needed to increase the husband's participation in supporting exclusivel breastfeeding. Keywords: Breastfeeding Fathers, Knowledge, Succes of Exclusivel Breastfeeding  ABSTRAK Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama kehidupan bayi sangat penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan mencegah risiko penyakit serius. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak hanya bergantung padal ibu, tetapil juga dari dukungan dari suamil yaitu Breastfeeding Fatherl dan tingkatl pengetahuan lsuami. Penelitian inil bertujuan untukl menganalisis hubungan antara keterlibatan suami dalam peran sebagai lBreastfeeding Father ldan tingkat pengetahuanl suami terhadapl keberhasilan pemberian ASIl eksklusif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan melibatkan 77 responden yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 96 orang melaluilteknik lpurposive sampling. Datal dikumpulkan menggunakanl kuesioner yangl mencakup variabel tingkat pengetahuan suami, penerapan peran Breastfeeding Father, dan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara lBreastfeeding Father danl tingkat pengetahuanl suami terhadapl keberhasilan pemberian ASIl eksklusif (p-value < 0,05). Suami yangl memiliki pengetahuanl tinggi danl aktif memberikan dukunganemosional maupun material mampu meningkatkan keberhasilan lpemberian ASI eksklusifl pada bayil usia l0–6 lbulan. Penelitianl ini menyimpulkanl bahwa tingkat pengetahuan suami dan keterlibatan sebagai Breastfeeding Fatherberperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program edukasi kesehatan yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan peran serta suami dalam mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif. KatalKunci: Breastfeedingl Father, Pengetahuan, Keberhasilan ASIl Eksklusif.
