Abstract

The period after birth is the beginning of a baby's life, but it is difficult for babies because of changes in the environment from intrauterine to extrauterine which is very different. For this reason, babies need optimal care during this period. Wives or mothers are not always able to do their own care for their babies. This study aims to identify husbands' knowledge and attitudes towards baby care in the Working Area of Gajah Mada Health Center. The research design is descriptive with a sample of 34 husbands who have babies, the sampling method is total sampling. The results obtained based on the husband's knowledge category showed that the majority of husbands who had babies had sufficient knowledge about baby care, namely 18 husbands (52.9%). Based on the husband's attitude category, all husbands who have babies have a positive attitude about baby care, namely 34 husbands (100%). Thus the delivery of health information and counseling by health workers is still needed to provide good knowledge and attitudes about infant care. Periode setelah kelahiran merupakan awal kehidupan bayi, namun hal yang sulit bagi bayi karena perubahan lingkungan kehidupan dari lingkungan kehidupan intrauterin menjadi ekstrauterin yang sangat berbeda. Untuk itu bayi memerlukan perawatan yang optimal selama masa ini. Istri atau ibu tidak selalu dapat melakukan perawatan sendiri untuk bayinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan dan sikap suami terhadap perawatan bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gajah Mada. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 34 suami yang memiliki bayi, metode pengambilan sampel total sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Berdasarkan kategori pengetahuan suami menunjukkan mayoritas suami yang memiliki bayi mempunyai pengetahuan cukup tentang perawatan bayi yaitu 18 orang suami (52,9%). Berdasarkan kategori sikap suami menunjukkan seluruh suami yang memiliki bayi mempunyai sikap positif tentang perawatan bayi yaitu 34 orang suami (100%). Dengan demikian penyampaian informasi dan penyuluhan kesehatan oleh tenaga kesehatan masih diperlukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik tentang perawatan bayi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of e-marketing (website marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing) on tourism interest in tourists who visit the Mangrove Beach Tourism Object in Kampung Nipah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data was obtained from a sample of 95 respondents who were visitors to the Mangrove Beach Tourism Object in Kampung Nipah. Sampling was done using hair sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to visiting tourists. The results of the study show that Website Marketing and Influencer Marketing have a positive and significant effect on tourism interest in Mangrove Beach Tourism in Kampung Nipah, while Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing do not show a significant influence. Simultaneously, e-marketing explains 56.5% of the influence on tourist interest. Therefore, tourism managers need to optimize Website Marketing with interesting information and improve Influencer Marketing strategies. Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing also need to be strengthened with interactive and informative content. The results of this study can be a reference in the development of a more effective e-marketing strategy.
