Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the provisions for hidden defective products in four-wheeled vehicles in terms of the Consumer Protection Law and to find out the judge's considerations in decision Number 193/PDT/G/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr. The method used in this research is a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach and statutory regulations. The legal materials used are materials consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research are that the position of the seller as a business owner as stipulated in the consumer protection law is to provide as detailed information as possible and the consumer is obliged to read and understand this information so that there will be no disinformation and then in the judge's consideration there will be defects in formulating arguments so that in this case it is detrimental to the seller as the defendant has carried out his duties in accordance with statutory regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to selected employees as respondents. The data were analyzed to examine the relationship between the variables studied. The results indicate that both leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. These two factors collectively contribute to improving performance in the workplace. The implication of these findings suggests that implementing a participative leadership style and providing well-directed work motivation can serve as effective strategies to enhance employee productivity and support the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di MTs Muhammadiyah Kalosi Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi experimental (eksperimen semu). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh model Contextual Teaching and Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari hasil rata-rata atau mean  pretest dan posttes yaitu pretest 63.84% sedangkan posttest 81.12%, hal tersebut diperoleh dari  = 1,348 dengan  1,299 dan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Melalui uji hipotesis yakni1,348 > 1,299 sehingga hipotesis alternative diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan model tersebut. Dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar posttest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, dapat disimpulkan Hasil Belajar IPA siswa kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Kalosi terdapat pengaruh dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning
