Abstract

Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional adalah program pemerintah yang bertujuan memberikan jaminan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi seluruh warga Indonesia, memastikan agar mereka dapat hidup dalam kondisi sehat, produktif, dan sejahtera. Pemerintah telah melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi defisit Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) dengan mengalokasikan Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT), kontribusi pajak rokok dari daerah, dan pemotongan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU). Metode: yang di gunakan adalah literatur review, artikel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan mesin pencari seperti google scholar dan PubMed. Hasil: Berdasarkan artikel yang dikumpulkan didapatkan hasil bahwa jaminan Kesehatan nasional ini masih banyak tantangan atau permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan JKN meliputi tingkat iuran yang masih rendah dan tidak sesuai dengan perhitungan aktuaria yang akurat. Beberapa langkah yang bisa diambil untuk mengatasi defisit pembiayaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) antara lain: menyesuaikan iuran dengan perhitungan aktuaria yang akurat, meningkatkan jumlah peserta JKN. Kesimpulan: Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan jaminan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi seluruh warga Indonesia, memastikan agar mereka dapat hidup dalam kondisi sehat, produktif, dan sejahtera. JKN masih banyak tantangan dan ada juga solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Gout is a type of arthritis that occurs due to the expansion of uric acid crystals that occur in several joints. The average level of uric acid in the blood depends on gender and age. Someone who is old is usually more susceptible to advanced uric acid. This is the background of this research. This study aims to describe uric acid levels in the elderly at Posyandu Melati, Cipayung District, East Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional design. The sample selection was obtained by purposive sampling technique with a large sample of 30 people. The results showed that the average uric acid level of male respondents was higher, namely 6.8 mg/dl compared to the average uric acid level of female respondents, which was 5.3 mg/dl. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that uric acid levels in elderly men are higher than those in elderly women, although the levels are still relatively normal.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the functions and procedures of the Bank Guarantee as a guarantor for distributors to customers issued by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This type of research uses qualitative research with the type of field research (Field Research). Field research is a field research procedure that produces descriptive data, data collection methods used are interviews, documentation and literacy regarding Bank Guarantees. The sources of this research are employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Mamba Branch. To find out the function and analyze the Bank Guarantee process as a guarantor for distributors to customers issued by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Mamba Branch. From the results of this study, Bank guarantee distributor guarantees for customers are included in the type of Bank Guarantee for customers' working capital needs in carrying out business activities. This type of bank guarantee aims to guarantee suppliers (suppliers, factories) who supply raw materials or trade goods used/required by customers in order to fulfill the customer's working capital needs.
