Abstract

Arabic language learning in school institutions often challenges the development of basic skills, especially listening skills. This study aims to describe the implementation process of audio-visual media in Arabic language learning, especially listening skills, in grade 3 of MIN 1 Madiun City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were Arabic teachers and 3rd-grade students of MIN 1 Madiun City. The results showed three stages in the application of audio-visual media: the preparation, implementation, and follow-up. The teacher designs and prepares the materials and audio-visual devices in the preparation stage. The implementation stage involves using audio-visual media during the learning process in the classroom. In the follow-up stage, teachers conduct evaluations and provide feedback to students. With audio-visual media, students can understand the material taught better, creating a more conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. In conclusion, audio-visual media effectively improves students' listening skills in learning Arabic at MIN 1 Madiun City.

Abstract

PT. Farhan Surya Indah atau Farhan Surya Indah Tours & Travel merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan jasa dalam pelayanan umroh. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan Ibu Een Endrawati selaku Direktur Utama dan Ibu Nur Faizah selaku pihak Divisi Marketing di PT. Farhan Surya Indah, divisi marketing mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pelanggan yang akan mendapatkan voucer. Permasalahan selanjutnya adalah divisi marketing mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan paket umroh yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan baru. Permasalahan selanjutnya adalah beberapa pelanggan merasa kesulitan dalam memesan paket umroh kepada perusahaan karena pemesanan hanya dilakukan melalui koordinator lapangan daerah masing-masing kota dan datang langsung ke perusahaan. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) adalah strategi bisnis yang terdiri dari software dan layanan yang didesain untuk meningkatkan keuntungan, pendapatan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Konsep CRM diawali dengan mengenal, mengetahui, dan menggali apa yang dibutuhkan dan diharapkan oleh pelanggan, sehingga perusahaan dapat lebih mudah untuk mewujudkan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggannya. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian, sistem yang dibangun telah dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya, yaitu membantu divisi marketing dalam menentukan pelanggan yang akan mendapatkan voucer kepada pelanggan berdasarkan tingkat segmentasi pelanggan dengan analisis RFM, dapat membantu divisi marketing dalam menentukan paket umroh yang akan ditawarkan kepada pelanggan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam memesan paket umroh secara online.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of religious moderation conveyed in the Login podcast program at Close The Door content, and to find out whether the content is able to facilitate the millennial generation in understanding the values of diverse moderation in everyday life. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, namely video content analysis of the Login podcast program at Close The Door, and documentation. The results of this research show that the values of religious moderation conveyed by Habib Ja'afar are very influential on the millennial generation, because they provide easy access, relevant messages, and practical guidance and strengthen religious understanding for the community. The conclusion of this study is that the message conveyed by Habib Ja'far is easy to understand and helps millennials gain a better understanding of religious teachings through podcasts on social media. The contribution of the article for the millennial generation is to provide deep insight into the values of religious moderation, as well as facilitate the millennial generation in understanding, accessing information, strengthening religious understanding and applying it in everyday life.
