Abstract

The development in the study raised the question of the role of fishermen to the pouingtivas of niill class VIII subjects at the time MTs Muhammadiyah Al-fatah Nangahale . The goal to achieve and the research is to learb about the role communities at the covid-19, study of the IPS of the class VIII from the covid-19, the study IPS a qualitative desktop approach. The results of the study is to boring to the public an effort to prevent children from being cut children in spite of the covid-19 clinical conditions, agains the promise of children at home by creating a schedule that allows the study of anals to be controlled by the society, agains the protection of the childs experience in order to motivate childrens performance in learning, peopke have always been supportive and supportive of their childs achievement in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teachers in class VII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale and to determine student learning motivation in class VII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale. By using descriptive qualitative. Primary data from this study came from subject teachers, head of Madrasah, students. Meanwhile, secondary data using supporting documents of this research are learning tools, profiles, vision and mission. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyse the data, researchers carried out activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that pedagogic competence in the category is quite good, namely the competence of mastering the characteristics of students and curriculum development competencies, communication competencies with students while pedagogic competence in the category is lacking, namely the competence of mastering learning theory and the principles of educational learning, the competence of educational learning activities, the competence of developing the potential of students, as well as the competence of assessment and evaluation and student learning motivation at MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nnagahale can be said to be still low.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's role in instilling a culture of disciplinefor students at Santa Maria Maumere Middle Schooland to find outwhat factorscause the low level of discipline among students at Santa Maria Maumere MiddleSchool. Thisstudy uses a qualitative method that is ddescriptive. The informants inthis study were school principals, civics teachers and student teachers at SMPSanta Maria Maumere. The data collection techniques used were observation,interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were in the form of acollection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions or verification. The resultsshowed that: The role of the teacher in shaping the discipline culture of students atSanta Maria Maumere Middle School, namely the teachers at Santa MariaMaumere Middle School must have a good attitude, the teacher is able providemotivation that can shape the positive character of students, teachers are expectedto provide students with an understanding of morals, as well as teachers guidingtdents in student council and extracurricular activities. While the factors that influence the low discipline culture of students at Santa Maria Maumere MiddleSchool are Heredity Factors and Environmental Factors
