Abstract

The Credit Granting System at the Sejahtera Abadi Maumere Saving and Loans Cooperative (KSP). Paper. Maumere. Faculty of Social Sciences Education & Humanities. IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere, 2023.This study aims to determine the systems and procedures for extending credit at the Sejahtera Abadi Maumere Saving and Loans Cooperative (KSP). The type of research used is qualitative research with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained from KSP Sejahtera Abadi Maumere and costumers. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis technique is carried out on data from preliminary studies or secondary data that will be used to determine the research focus. Procedures for extending credit at KSP Sejahtera Abadi Maumere include: submitting credit applications, preparing documents, analyzing credit applications, processing credit disbursements, filing and storing documents, paying installments, paying off and returning guarantees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan (readiness) BelajarTerhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI Di SMA Negeri 1 Talibura.Variabel dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel bebas (X) Kesiapan Belajar dan Variabelterikat (Y) Hasil Belajar. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh Kesiapan Belajar peserta didik terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Talibura. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi product-moment dan uji-t. Analisis ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai ada tidaknya pengaruh antara kedua variabel. Sample penelitian ini menggunakan sample acak. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ho: Tidak Ada Pengaruh Kesiapan Belajar Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X Di SMA Negeri 1 Talibura dan Ha: Ada Pengaruh Kesiapan Belajar Siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Talibura dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau dengan taraf kepercayan 95% dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Berdasarkan kesiapan belajar rata-rata sebesar 75,62% sedangkan analisis hasil belajar (Mid) siswa rata-rata 74,25, dengan persamaan Regresi Y=7,234+0,999X dari pengujian uji “t” menghasilkan thitung = 9,399> ttabel 0,05 maka pada pengujian tersebut Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berati diantara kesiapan belajar ada pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teachers in class VII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale and to determine student learning motivation in class VII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale. By using descriptive qualitative. Primary data from this study came from subject teachers, head of Madrasah, students. Meanwhile, secondary data using supporting documents of this research are learning tools, profiles, vision and mission. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyse the data, researchers carried out activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that pedagogic competence in the category is quite good, namely the competence of mastering the characteristics of students and curriculum development competencies, communication competencies with students while pedagogic competence in the category is lacking, namely the competence of mastering learning theory and the principles of educational learning, the competence of educational learning activities, the competence of developing the potential of students, as well as the competence of assessment and evaluation and student learning motivation at MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nnagahale can be said to be still low.

Abstract

Ikat weaving is one of the typical cultural heritage of East Nusa Tenggara, especially the Sikka area in Maumere. This traditional fabric is made through a process of weaving manually by the local community, making it unique and has high artistic value. Even though it is in the modern era, the appeal of ikat woven fabrics remains strong and has not been displaced by the development of the times. The production of this fabric is still actively ongoing and has become a symbol of regional cultural identity that is full of philosophical and aesthetic meaning. This study aims to analyze the influence of price on the purchase decision of Sikka ikat woven fabric by consumers. The research was carried out at the Alok Maumere Market in 2021 with a sample of 96 respondents, who were selected using random sampling techniques. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, with validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity testing. The result of the simple linear regression analysis shows an equation: purchase result = 17.140 + 0.603 price. The value of t is calculated (7.993) > t of the table (1.985), so that H₀ is subtracted and H₁ is accepted. This means that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.398) shows that price explains 39.8% of the variation in the purchase decision. Thus, it can be concluded that price has a positive influence on consumers' decisions in buying Sikka ikat woven fabrics. This means that the more the price is in line with consumer expectations, the higher the buying interest in this traditional product. This research provides important input for MSME actors and local artisans to be more careful in determining competitive prices while still reflecting the quality and cultural value of the product.
