Abstract

The ability to communicate with students in the teaching and learning process is very important for a teacher to pay attention to, with good communication, a good learning process is also established. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the jigsaw method on students' communication skills. The research method used in this study was the experimental method, the population used in this study was class VA and VB, the methods used in analyzing the data the researcher carried out homogeneity tests, normality tests, distribution tests. The results of the study found that by using the jigsaw method in the learning process there was a significant influence on students' communication skills. Keywords: communication skills students,

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Media Scrap Box Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Materi Bencana Alam Pada Siswa Kelas IV di SD IT Al-Fatih Bandar Setia bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan media Scrap Box terhadap hasil belajar IPS materi bencana alam pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group, melibatkan 47 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok: kontrol dan eksperimen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Scrap Box secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 53,67 dan posttest 78,88, serta nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan. Dengan demikian, media Scrap Box terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS materi bencana alam.

Abstract

Communication skills in students during the teaching and learning process are very important for a teacher to pay attention to. With good communication, a good learning process is also established. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the jigsaw method on students' communication skills. The research method used in this study is an experimental method, with the population being classes VA and VB. The method used in this research is requirements testing, where the researcher conducted tests for homogeneity, normality, and distribution. The results of the research found that using the jigsaw method in the learning process has a significant impact on students' communication skills.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of green economy behavior at SMAN 32 Jakarta. Flooding in Indonesia, exacerbated by plastic waste, highlights the need for environmental awareness. Using qualitative research and SWOT analysis, data were collected through observation and interviews with eight informants. The study employs IFAS and EFAS matrices to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Findings reveal successful implementation of green practices, such as using tumblers and waste sorting, supported by curriculum integration and teacher supervision. The recommended strategy for improvement is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, aiming to embed green economy behavior in students' daily lives. This strategy leverages the school's strengths and opportunities for maximum impact.
