Abstract

MAS PAB 1 Sampali is located at Jalan Pasar Hitam No. 69 Sampali, Sampali Village, Sampali Village, Percut SEI Tuan sub-district, Sampali Village, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra Province. MAS PAB Sampali is a private school, this school is incorporated in one area or one entrance gate with several schools, so the PAB Educational Institution organizes formal education. MAS PAB 1 SAMPALI School is an educational facility located at JL. Black Market No. 69 Sampali, Sampali Village, Percut SEI Tuan sub-district, Sampali Sub-district, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra Province was established and operational in 1988 and is still operating today. Apart from being a place of education, this school also has educators and administrators as well as school administrators with the best quality and competence in their fields, learning support activities such as extracurriculars, student organizations, learning communities, sports teams, and libraries so that students can learn optimally. MAS PAB 1 SAMPALI also guides students to have good morals (noble character), and is also a place to hone talents in various fields such as: sports in the arts and also other extracurricular activities such as Osis, Scouts and Paskibra. The facilities at the Madrasah MAS PAB 1 Sampali school can also be said to be adequate, even though the BK room is still attached to the principal's room, administration room, and UKS but there is already a special room for BK, if there are students who experience problems, they need guidance, or if you need counseling, you can go to the counseling room, the counseling room there is not too big, and there is a bathroom in it. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the interpersonal communication of guidance and counseling teachers and the self-efficacy of students at MTs N 2 Medan. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlation design. The sample consists of 192 students selected using simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study include the interpersonal communication scale and the self-efficacy scale. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 23 for Windows, with Pearson correlation analysis used to measure the relationship between variables. The results indicate that the interpersonal communication of guidance and counseling teachers is categorized as moderate, with an average percentage of 74.6%, while students' self-efficacy is also categorized as moderate, with an average percentage of 72.84%. Data analysis reveals a positive and significant relationship between the interpersonal communication of guidance and counseling teachers and self-efficacy, with an r value of 0.710 and Sig. 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates a strong correlation between interpersonal communication and self-efficacy. Higher quality interpersonal communication by guidance and counseling teachers is associated with higher levels of student self-efficacy, and conversely, lower quality communication is associated with lower self-efficacy. The conclusion of this study is that effective interpersonal communication contributes to increased student self-efficacy. The practical implication of these findings emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of communication between guidance and counseling teachers and students to support the development of their self-efficacy.

Abstract

MAS PAB 1 Sampali is located at Jalan Pasar Hitam No. 69 Sampali, Sampali Village, Percut SEI Tuan District, Sampali Sub-District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This private school is part of a complex or entrance gate with several other schools. Established and operating since 1988, MAS PAB 1 Sampali also has the best and most competent educators, administrative staff, and school administrators in their field. Learning support activities, such as extracurricular activities, student organizations, study communities, sports teams, and libraries, also help students learn to the fullest. In addition, the school also focuses on instilling noble character and developing students' talents in sports, arts, and other extracurricular activities such as student council, boy scouts, and flag raising troop. The facilities at MAS PAB 1 Sampali are also adequate, including special rooms for counseling for students who need it.
