Abstract

Literatur examines resilience as an individual’s endurance in dealing with, responding to, and overcoming obstacles, challenges, stresses, and traumatic experiences. It is a negative view because resilience is viewerd only as a response to the condition of entropy. The facts show that the stressful challenges to the individual happen at all times, throughout the life of the individual, in a variety of events such as natural disasters, riots conflicts, wars, and the atmosphere of life that seeks sustainability and adequate decisions. Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling (CGC) adopts a positive view in assessing resilience and sees and understands resilience as a development. Resilience is viewed as a process and product, an indidual sustainability condition. Resilience is seen as a competence in adaptable adjustment, a healthy and open person, independence in making decisions and responsibilities, a fight for achievement, and a peaceful person who encourages the development of authentic and tough personality. Resilience is not the end point of individual endurance and resilience development but is a bynamic and life-long developmental process that always adapts to environmental changes, dynamics, and challenges. Resiliensi is a skill and individual competence that must be developed as long-term behavior. CGC as a development-oriented approach views resilience as one of the various aspects of student development, as a psychohygiene condition that should be a general purpose aspect of education and guidance that becomes the basis of authentic and tough personality development. The series of research and concepts on adeguacy of adjustment, productive personality, health personality, academic hardness, and peacefulness have high incisions with resilience, which are examined in this paper

Abstract

Bimbingan konseling merupakan proses bantuan yang diberikan oleh guru BK kepada peserta didik, baik secara perorangan maupun secara kelompok agar mampu mandiri dan berkembang secara optimal, baik dalam bidang pribadi, belajar, sosial dan karir dengan melalui berbagai jenis layanan dan kegiatan pendukung, berdasarkan norma-norma yang berlaku agar mampu mandiri dan berkembang secara optimal. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan konseling di sekolah seorang guru BK harus perlu memahami secara benar dan tepat tentang konsep dasar penyelenggaraan BK di sekolah, sehingga pelaksanaan BK di sekolah sesuai dengan keilmuan yang ada. Oleh karena itu seorang guru BK harus  terus menggali pengetahuan mereka tentang BK itu sendiri, sehingga menjadi seorang guru BK yang profesional dan berpengalaman.

Abstract

Oleh karena itu seorang guru BK harus  terus menggali pengetahuan mereka tentang BK itu sendiri, sehingga menjadi seorang guru BK yang profesional dan berpengalaman.

Abstract

In Indonesia, of course, there have been many religious-based schools, but the ones that are most often found are Islamic and Christian schools. In the growth of children until they reach their teenage years, taking education in religious schools is a good thing, besides they can still learn tolerance they will also learn more about their respective religions. However, no matter how good a religious school is, it certainly returns to the mental health of each child. There are children who cannot accept any situation and there are also children who can immediately accept the situation and polish themselves according to the environment they occupy. In this case, of course the school has a responsibility for the mentality of its students, schools must and must have guidance and counseling services for each child from any category, sometimes there are even students who experience mental damage but still attend normal schools. Especially in Islamic schools in Indonesia. in this study specifically will discuss how important it is to carry out guidance and counseling services in Islamic schools in Indonesia   Abstrak Di Indonesia, tentunya sudah banyak berdiri sekolah-sekolah yang berbasis ke- Agamaan, tapi yang paling sering ditemukan ialah sekolah Islam maupun Kristen. Pada pertumbuhan anak hingga mereka menginjak usia remaja, menempuh Pendidikan disekolah keagamaan adalah baik adanya, selain mereka tetap bisa belajar toleransi mereka juga akan lebih mendalami mengenai agamanya masing- masing. Namun sebaik apapun sekolah keagamaan tentu kembali kepada mental health masing-masing anak. Ada anak yang tidak bisa menerima keadaan apapun dan ada pula anak yang bisa langsung menerima keadaan serta mempoles dirinya sendiri sesuai dengan lingkungan yang didudukinya. Dalam permasalahan ini tentu pihak sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap mentalitas para siswanya, sekolah harus dan wajib memiliki layanan bimbingan konseling terhadap masing-masing anak mulai dari kategori manapun, bahkan kadang kala ada siswa yang mengalami mental yang rusak namun tetap bersekolah disekolah normal. Terkhusnya disekolah Islam di Indonesia. Dalam kajian ini khusus akan membahas betapa pentingnya dilakukan layanan bimbingan konseling di Sekolah Islam yang ada di Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the position and urgency of counseling guidance in educational practice. This research method uses literature review research methods (library research). Counseling guidance does have an important role and position for students. The role of guidance and counseling is very helpful in improving the quality of education. Because this guidance and counseling can help find solutions to problems that occur in the world of education. As it is well known that in educational activities in counseling guidance which is positioned as an integral part of the overall educational activities in schools in its implementation has several operational patterns, especially in the current situation where the function of schools or formal educational institutions is not only to equip students who are a pile of knowledge but also prepare students to meet the guidance of change and progress that occurs in  community. So the position of counseling guidance in education is a forum or institution to accommodate and solve student problems that cannot be accommodated and resolved by educators.

Abstract

In this study, the counselor's efforts to provide guidance group services are being distracted. The two principles that this study seeks to explain are: (1) comprehension in building a guiding group and (2) building a dynamics group. In this study, descriptive qualitative research was used. The basis for this study was two counselors, two students in class eleven, and one student vice. The researcher employs interviews in addition to a technique for data analysis based on the presentation and conclusion of the data. The study's findings are as follows: (1) The students' lack of attention to the counselor's explanations during guidance group is the primary source of the counselor's distraction when providing services for guidance groups, Students didn't interact to share their experiences since they didn't grasp the activity that was being done, creating a poor environment for the counselor. (2) The primary argument made by the counselor while assembling a dynamics group is that the school's facilitation was insufficient. The conclusion of this study is that in order for students to take use of guidance group services, counselors should increase their efforts to assist students in problem-solving with their peers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Counseling Guidance program at Muhammadiyah 57 Middle School Medan. The approach to this study uses qualitative descriptive research and the type of research is case study. Data collection is by interview. Data analysis techniques in this research use miles and huberman with data reduction models, presentations, and concluded the results of the study. Respondents in this study were guidance counseling teachers at Muhammadiyah 57 Middle School Medan.

Abstract

 Guidance and counseling is the counselor (counselor) offering assistance to people (clients) done directly and causing a reciprocal relationship so that the client has knowledge or a place so he can find out and solve his problem. As stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 1 No. 6, counseling guidance is recognized as a legal unit as a qualification of educators, consisting of instructors, lecturers, guardians. Identified 4 educators from government regulation no. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards Article 28 Point 3 and RI Law No. 14 of 2005 regarding teachers, lecturers. a teacher or lecturer must have, and be able to practice, and master the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes known as competence to carry out their professional duties.

Abstract

The potential of each learner has many varieties and is different. The potential of students in each school must be developed and honed so that they can further explore the potential they desire. Based on this understanding, teachers need to work hard and creatively to explore various efforts in the form of media, teaching materials, and learning methods to facilitate students appropriately and creatively so that they are in accordance with their development, including their learning style. Self-development is actually not new for Guidance and Counseling Teachers (Guidance Teachers). So far, Guidance and Counseling Teachers have actually carried out service activities for students, which incidentally are self-development activities. This can be seen in the 2004 Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK), which states that Counseling is an assistance service for students, both individually and in groups, to be independent and develop optimally. In essence, service activities.

Abstract

 In Islam, counseling is a complete way of thinking about life. Ideas that can help human enjoyment, comfort, and satisfaction. Ideas have the power to lead humans along the best path to become an ideal human being, the path of self-actualization. Counselors must have at least four competencies, including instructional competencies, personal competencies, social competencies, and professional competencies, to be successful. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung had good personalities in providing counseling services at school. Data collection techniques used are literature review and observation. As for the subject of research is counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung. The results of the study show that counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung already have good personality characteristics.
