Abstract

Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) merupakan salah satu jenis krustasea yang bernilai ekonomis dan memiliki beberapa kelebihan untuk dikonsumsi maupun produksinya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pembenihan udang vaname di Balai Besar Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BBPBAP) Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode praktik langsung di lapangan, pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder serta literatur pendukung. Induk udang vaname yang akan dipijahkan sebanyak 70 ekor (35 betina dan 35 ekor jantan). Hasil yang diperoleh pada saat kegiatan yaitu pemijahan udang vaname di BBPBAP Jepara dilakukan secara alami. Pemijahan terjadi secara eksternal atau diluar tubuh dan memperoleh fekunditas 243.796 butir/induk, derajat pembuahan sebesar 62%, derajat penetasan sebesar 80%, dan kelulushidupan udang vaname sebesar 39%.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan antarmuka (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada fitur peminjaman dana di platform website Wifkain, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan figma guna merancang tampilan yang lebih mudah digunakan. Dalam proses perancangan, pendekatan Design Thinking akan diterapkan dengan fokus akan pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan ide yang inovatif, dan pengujian solusi melalui iterasi berulang. Tujuan utamanya adalah merancang antarmuka yang mempermudah proses peminjaman dana, dengan navigasi yang wawasan dan alur yang efisien. Diharapkan bahwa melalui perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang lebih baik ini, pengguna akan dapat mengakses layanan peminjaman dana dengan lebih lancar, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mereka, dan memperkuat interaksi positif dengan paltform Wifkain secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the culinary industry, particularly in coffee shops like Jalur Langit Coffee, demands innovative solutions to address service inefficiencies and long queues that often hinder customer satisfaction. This study aims to design an interactive and responsive web-based information system that facilitates ordering, payment, and product reviews through a self-service model using QR code technology. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. It also incorporates a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach by applying the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) metric to evaluate customer ratings of products. The results indicate a 95% success rate in ordering and payment processes, with the kopi tubruk product receiving a 78% satisfaction level based on CSAT scores. This research is limited to a single café location and does not yet support integration with external payment platforms. The system enhances service efficiency, product review management, and overall product quality, while also strengthening customer loyalty through review data analysis.

Abstract

Indonesia's diverse cultural heritage presents an opportunity for tourism, yet traditional approaches and insufficient technology utilization hinder its full potential. We propose the development of a Cultural Tourism Application, specifically targeting the rich cultural attractions of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The research develop the GOMS (Goals, Operators, Methods, and Selection Rules) model to design user-friendly interfaces for discovering cultural attractions, providing detailed information, searching, and exploring historical timelines and helped us understand the steps and knowledge required for users to achieve their goals within the app This model allows for a systematic understanding of user interactions and cognitive processes within the context of the Cultural Tourism Application. A User Acceptance Testing (UAT) survey reveals a high level of acceptance 91.2% for the Cultural Tourism Application, signifying its effectiveness in enhancing learnability, efficiency, memorability, safety, and overall user satisfaction.
