Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam proses belajar mengajar terkadang pendidik mengalami kendala pada beberapa aspek pembelajaran. Namun mayoritas pendidik kurang mampu mengidentifikasi masalah yang timbul. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas di MI Sunan Ampel Sidomulyo Bangsal Mojokerto. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui kesulitan guru dalam mengelola kelas di MI Sunan Ampel Sidomulyo Bangsal Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa terdapat beberapa kemampuan yang harus dikuasi oleh seorang guru dalam proses belajar mengajar yaitu kemampuan membuka pelajaran, kemampuan menjelaskan, kemampuan bertanya, kemampuan memberi penguatan, kemampuan mengadakan variasi, kemampuan membimbing dikusi kelompok kecil, kemampuan mengelola kelas, kemampuan mengajar kelompok kecil, perorangan maupun kelompok besar. Sedangkan dalam proses pengelolaan kelas, kesulitan yang dialami guru selama proses pembelajaran diantaranya kesulitan dalam mengelola kedisiplinan peserta didik dan kesulitan mengendalikan tingkah laku peserta didik. Beberapa solusi yang diterapkan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut diantaranya: mengatur format tempat duduk siswa, pengaturan alat pengajaran, penataan kedisiplinan kelas, mengatur ventilasi dan pencahayaan kelas. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Guru, Kesulitan Guru, Pengelolaan Kelas.         ABSTRACT In the teaching and learning process, educators sometimes experience problems with several aspects of learning. However, the majority of educators are less able to identify problems that arise. For this reason, this research aims to determine the ability of teachers to manage classes at MI Sunan Ampel Sidomulyo Bangsal Mojokerto. Apart from that, it is also to find out the difficulties teachers have in managing classes at MI Sunan Ampel Sidomulyo Bangsal Mojokerto. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, data was obtained that there are several abilities that must be mastered by a teacher in the teaching and learning process, namely the ability to open a lesson, the ability to explain, the ability to ask questions, the ability to provide reinforcement, the ability to provide variations, the ability to guide small group discussions, the ability to manage the class, the ability to teach small groups, individuals and large groups. Meanwhile, in the classroom management process, difficulties experienced by teachers during the learning process include difficulties in managing student discipline and difficulty controlling student behavior. Some of the solutions implemented by teachers to overcome these difficulties include: arranging student seating formats, arranging teaching tools, arranging class discipline, arranging classroom ventilation and lighting. Abstract

Abstract

Bullying is a social phenomenon that is distressing and has the potential to harm individuals' psychological well-being. In an effort to reduce the level of Bullying, the role of religious activities becomes an important consideration. This article adopts a qualitative literature study approach to examine the role of religious activities in reducing Bullying. The results of the literature analysis indicate that religious activities have the potential to reduce Bullying through moral education, social support, self-control, forgiveness, peace, and responsible technology use. However, the effects may vary depending on contextual factors. This study highlights the need for further research in different contexts to understand the deeper role of religious activities in addressing Bullying. Bullying merupakan fenomena sosial yang meresahkan dan berpotensi merusak kesejahteraan psikologis individu. Dalam upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat Bullying, peran kegiatan keagamaan menjadi perhatian penting. Artikel ini mengadopsi pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif untuk meneropong peranan kegiatan keagamaan dalam mengurangi Bullying. Hasil analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan dapat berpotensi mengurangi Bullying melalui pendidikan moral, dukungan sosial, pengendalian diri, pengampunan, perdamaian, dan penggunaan teknologi yang bertanggung jawab. Namun, efeknya dapat bervariasi tergantung pada faktor-faktor kontekstual. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks yang berbeda untuk memahami peran yang lebih dalam dari kegiatan keagamaan dalam mengatasi Bullying
