Abstract

This research aims to explain the representation of women in election organizers such as the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), and the Election Organizing Honorary Council (DKPP). This is a serious concern because women's political rights are essentially not only about the presence of women in political parties and parliament, but also in the entire process of holding elections, including election supervision. This research is library research or research using the library study method. In this research, it is explained that professional election management institutions are one of the determinants of the implementation of democratic elections. Open access and opportunities for women to become members of election organizers is one indicator that can be used to see whether the election organizer institution has been formed democratically. To realize equal access for women and men to be actively involved in public spaces is something that still requires special attention from stakeholders. One of the crucial problems related to this is that there is still an imbalance in the composition between men and women in organizing institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of fathers in child care. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The participants of this study were pre-adolescent children 6-12 years and adolescents 18-21 years. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interview method. Therefore, infortifying children from influences that will later have a negatif effect on children by strengthening religious issue, how to choose good friend because if the child has good friend it will also have a good effect on the child but if the child chooses the wrong friend then the child will also fall into problems that result in less good for the child’s future

Abstract

Salah satu tugas Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah memutuskan dan mengadili perkara Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Umum (PHPU). Jurnal ini menelisik peran Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) dalam mengambil sikap dan menyelesaikan sengketa hasil pemilihan presiden (Pilpres) tahun 2024, dengan membandingkannya dengan cara Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) menangani sengketa serupa pada pemilihan presiden 2019. Fokus utama jurnal ini adalah menganalisis dasar gugatan yang diajukan oleh para pemohon dalam PHPU Pilpres dan mengevaluasi hubungan antara gugatan dan objek sengketa utama yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Untuk menentukan apakah memiliki otoritas hukum yang kuat atau tidak. Jurnal ini melakukan analisis komparatif antara pemilihan presiden 2019 dan 2024. Jurnal ini juga mengkaji bagaimana Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga integritas dan keadilan dalam proses pemilihan umum, serta bagaimana keputusan yang dibuat oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) sudah sesuai dengan bukti dan sikap yang ditunjukkan dalam keputusannya. kata kunci : Mahkamah Konstitusi, PHPU, Pemilu, Presiden
