Abstract

The application of fine motor skills is a good movement ability in children which is very necessary for early childhood development. Through mosaic activities in developing fine motor skills, children can begin to make simple hand movements and can coordinate hand muscles. This research aims to develop children's fine motor skills through the mosaic activity of sticking grains into a picture that has been prepared for children aged 5-6 years at the Bina Ilmu Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The research method used was qualitative with the research subjects being group B children of the Bina Ilmu Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Sekampung District with a total of 30 children consisting of fourteen children and six children with fine motor skills. Data collection used research, interviews and documentation followed by research results showing the development of fine motor skills through mosaic techniques such as. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of mosaics in developing children's fine motor skills develops optimally because teachers plan and prepare learning tools and materials before starting a lesson.

Abstract

Children are a gift from God as a mandate to carry out their duties in the world, such as being human beings with good character and being useful to others. Likewise, parents are the first foundation for their children to teach all education. The aim of the research is to find out the importance of parents in understanding potential development, so they can follow their children's interests and talents. Talent in children usually arises from hobbies that they like, if parents support the development of the child's potential. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach which produces descriptions in the form of written or spoken words from the sources studied, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, data analysis techniques and research objects. The results obtained by researchers show that the role of parents in developing the potential of early childhood does not look good, because most parents there do not know the science of parenting and several external and internal factors. The role of parents really helps develop children's potential in cultivating interests and talents. Parents are expected to play an active role and always be a support system in their child's growth and development.

Abstract

Abstract: This article reviews the Concepts and Characteristics of Students and Education Personnel. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System chapter 1 article 1 it is stated that the educational workforce is a member of the community who is dedicated and appointed to support the implementation of education. As individuals who are growing and developing, students need consistent guidance and direction towards the optimal point of their natural abilities. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the Concepts and Characteristics of Students and Education Personnel in Playgroup Management. Learners in the play group are children aged 2-4 years who are trying to develop their potential through a learning process on a non-formal path. Early childhood educators or education personnel in quality play groups must meet academic qualifications and have the required potential. Abstract

Interaksi sosial merupakan sebuah proses antara individu dengan individu, antara individu dengan kelompok, atau kelompok dengan kelompok untuk berhubungan satu sama lain. Interaksi sosial sangat penting bagi anak usia dini ketika mereka berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi lisan yang digunakan orang untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain. Keterlambatan berbicara (speech delay) merupakan salah satu gangguan perkembangan berbahasa pada anak. Berdasarkan hasil studi terdahulu terhadap seorang anak usia dini di Tk Perintis Rejo Asri, Seputih Raman, Lampung Tengah kelompok A2 terdapat satu anak yang mengalami speech delay. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) faktor penyebab speech delay, (2) interaksi sosial anak yang mengalami speech delay. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan apa yang dilakukan peneliti selama melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelompok A2 Tk Perintis, Kecamatan Seputih Raman, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, mengamati dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi.
