The number of samples used was 160 respondents, then analyzed through PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.0.Findings – The results of this study prove that the perceived price justice variable has an indirect positive influence on loyalty if it is followed with revisit intention as a mediation. On the other hand, this study also shows that the perception satisfaction variables has an indirect positive influence on loyalty with revisit intention as a mediation.Research Limitations/Implications – The main limitation of this study is using an online questionnaire to collect data, which limits supervision in the data entry process to ensure whether the data given is correct according to the directions.Practical Implications – The results of this study prove that the perception price justice variables has an indirect positive influence on loyalty if it is followed with revisit intention US a mediation. On the other hands, this study also shows that the perceived satisfaction variable has an indirect positive influence on loyalty with revisit intention as a mediation. This research is expected to be able to contribute to research that has been done previously, and also to other communities who may be conducting research with the same model or variables.Originality/Value – This study uses the same variables as previous research. The study aims to advise and give insight to BCCA Siloam Hospital Semanggi, in order to develop their marketing especially in the field of management. Abstract

The rise of self-employment highlights the need to understand its implications on workers engagement, especially for those in Economically Dependent Solo Self-Employment (EDSSE) and Necessity Self-Employment (NSE). This study aims to examine the effects of these two self-employment types on skill discretion, rewards, autonomy, and work engagement, as well as the mediating roles of these three intrinsic job resources. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires from self-employed individuals in Jakarta who have worked for at least one year. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was employed to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results reveal that both EDSSE and NSE positively influence skill discretion, rewards, autonomy, and work engagement. Furthermore, these intrinsic job resources mediate the relationship between self-employment types and work engagement, highlighting their pivotal role. The findings emphasize that both direct and mediated effects contribute positively to work engagement among self-employed workers. This research offers practical insights into the role of intrinsic resources in enhancing engagement and provides theoretical contributions to self-employment literature. Further studies are suggested to explore the moderating influence of demographic and contextual factors in different self-employment settings.

Abstract

The aesthetic clinic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, with the number of clinics increasing by approximately 6% annually, driven by high demand among Indonesian women to maintain their skin health. In the face of growing competition, aesthetic clinics must integrate traditional service approaches with various effective factors, taking into account both provider and patient perspectives. The patient-centered principle, which prioritizes the needs and preferences of the patient, becomes a key focus in improving service quality. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction and the intention to recommend services at aesthetic clinics. Through a PLS-SEM model approach, the research findings revealed that physician behavior, price, social media engagement, and service quality exerted a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, the clinic’s image did not have a significant impact on patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on the intention to recommend the clinic to others. This research provides valuable insights for aesthetic clinic management in developing more effective service strategies that focus on patient satisfaction to maintain competitiveness in this increasingly competitive industry.
