Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the negative effect of job stress on organizational commitment; positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; negative effect of job stress on performance; positive effect of job satisfaction on performance; positive effect of organizational commitment on performance. The target population were all 45 JBP High School teachers. The sampling technique used was saturated or census samples. The data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS program. The results showed that the job stress negatively affected organizational commitment and performance. In addition, the organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive effect on performance.Keywords:  Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek negatif dari stres kerja pada komitmen organisasi; pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; efek negatif dari stres kerja pada kinerja; efek positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; efek positif dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Populasi target adalah semua 45 guru SMA JBP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen dan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci:   Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Performa

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the perception of engagement of young lecturers belongs to the millennial generation (born 1986-2000) at the managerial level in Business School PHU. They are based on the millennial lecturer's experience while being managerial and what is felt in employee engagement. Likewise, with Business School PHU, which is engaged to the institution, will help Business School PHU gained higher performance. The lecturer is an essential thing in the learning process. At the same time, Business School PHU has the majority of millennials lecturers. Business School PHU hopes that employees of the millennial generation can survive, have long-term commitments. Business School PHU should be able to make them feel at home and feel comfortable working. There is a fair adaptation process in terms of Human Resource Management across different generations.Data collection through triangulation and (literature study, in-depth interviews, observation). Informants consist of two categories: (1) three millennial managers who have worked more than two years at Business School PHU and has Academic Position, minimal Expert Assistant; (2) their direct supervisors of the first category.  Processing data by making interview summaries to formulate patterns, categories, and variables then formulated in propositions for the proposed model. Research contributions are expected to provide input to the management of human resources in the private University context to build young lecturer level managerial engagement at the millennial generation's age

Abstract

abstract: This study aims to examine the positive influence of electronic service quality and food quality on customer loyalty. In the current era of digitalization, the tendency of Indonesian people to make online purchases through e-commerce has increased sharply. There are problems in the aspects of GoFood's electronic service quality (e-service quality) and the importance of assessing food quality aspects through GoFood delivery, so this research is important to do for both constructs by paying attention to the indirect relationship (mediation) of the value perceived by customers GoFood (perceived value) and GoFood customer satisfaction to GoFood customer loyalty. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, in which the specific respondents were GoFood customers who were well-known in various cities in Indonesia. The sample in this study may be 458 respondents with data methods through electronic questionnaires. The data were processed using validity, reliability and statistical analysis. The results showed that the e-service quality variable had a positive and significant effect both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived value and customer satisfaction on GoFood customer loyalty, while the food quality variable had no direct influence but had an indirect effect through perceived value and satisfaction to customer loyalty GoFood customers. abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif e-service quality dan food quality terhadap customer loyalty. Pada era digitalisasi saat ini, kecenderungan masyarakat Indonesia untuk melakukan pembelian online melalui e-commerce meningkat tajam. Adanya permasalahan dalam aspek kualitas pelayanan elektronik (e-service quality) GoFood dan pentingnya mengkaji aspek kualitas makanan (food quality) melalui pengantaran GoFood maka, penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk meneliti kedua konstruk tersebut dengan memperhatikan hubungan tidak langsung (mediasi) dari nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan GoFood (perceived value) dan (customer satisfaction) atau kepuasan pelanggan GoFood terhadap loyalitas pelanggan GoFood. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dimana responden terkhusus merupakan pelanggan GoFood yang tersebar di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 458 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner elektronik. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-service quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi perceived value dan customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty pelanggan GoFood sedangkan variabel food quality tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung namun memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi perceived value dan customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty pelanggan GoFood e-service quality, food quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find out whether: 1) work discipline has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 2) work motivation has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 3) an organizational culture has a positive effect on teachers’ performance, 4) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline, and 5) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. The research was conducted at the “X” school in Tangerang Selatan using the census method and the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tool to analyze the results taken from 42 respondents being censused. The findings concluded that the work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive effect on the teachers’ performance, and the organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline as well as on work motivation of teachers in “X” school.  This research has contributed as an input for “X” school to manage and maintain the school’s culture which can improve the work discipline and work motivation of teachers, then it may lead to improved teacher’s performance in order to achieve the school’s’s aim to provide quality education service.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of information, social psychological distance, a sense of power & trust on consumer purchase intentions on TikTok social commerce. TikTok social media company is a relatively new company among other social media companies, to create a good social trading environment, TikTok's steps are quite good in implementing various social trading features in it, one of which is the inclusion of links in the bio of social media profiles. However, the company is also expected to pay attention to the platform from several variables, namely information quality, social psychological distance, sense of power, trust and purchase intention. This study uses individual primary data methods using questionnaires as a medium to obtain data from respondents. In this study, researchers took respondents who were Indonesian citizens. The total respondents in this study were probably 1055 respondents. This research uses data processing with Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PL-SEM) and is processed using SmartPLS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the response of TikTok social media users, so that users will make purchase intentions mediated by trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer loyalty from using experience quality, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction variables. Cork & Screw Restaurant, located in Jakarta a restaurant outdoor concept restaurant so how customer loyalty is at this restaurant especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, outdoor concept restaurants are the customer's choice. In this study, using variables are experience quality, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction, and variable customer loyalty. The population in this study is for consumers who have visited and eaten at the Cork & Schew restaurant. Sample size using 260 respondents, sampling technique is Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method, data collection techniques with electronic and online questionnaries (G-form), measurement Scale: Interval scale with Likert scale and data Analysis Method: Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square 3.0 Program. The results of this study indicate that experience quality has a positive effect on customer perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In the customer variable, perceived value shows a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Destination study this is for analyze influence image brand, quality product, and perception price to the decision process purchase consumer Honda automatic motorcycle in West Halmahera. Population in study this is user Honda automatic motorcycle. Taking sample in study this using purposive sampling use approach quantitative with method collection use questionnaire electronic via Google Forms. Measurement models and structural models in study this analyzed with use SmartPLS 3.0. Respondent in study this is West Halmahera community as many as 160 respondents. Analysis result could conclud that: Brand image take effect positive to the decision process purchase consumer Honda automatic motorcycle in West Halmahera. Quality Product no take effect positive to the decision process purchase consumer automatic motorcycle Honda in West Halmahera. And Perception price take effect positive to the decision process purchase consumer Honda automatic motorcycle in West Halmahera.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor matic Honda di Halmahera Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna sepeda motor matic Honda. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner elektronik melalui Google Forms. Model pengukuran dan model strukturl dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Halmahera Barat sebanyak 160 responden. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor matic Honda di Halmahera Barat. Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor matic Hondadi Halmahera Barat. Serta Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor matic Honda di Halmahera Barat.

Abstract

The aim for this study is to understand the relationship between consumer attitude towards foreign product on e-commerce which analyzed through consumers ethnocentrism and product needs on purchase intention for Chinese products on Tokopedia. With globalization and technological advances, it is undeniable that e-commerce has become part of living to fulfill daily basis needs. Tokopedia, an Indonesian e-commerce under William Tanuwijaya as CEO has become one of the influences in Indonesian economy. However, even though Indonesia was mentioned to be Tokopedia’s largest contributor, Tokopedia falls behind Shopee, a Singapore e-commerce, that ranked number one in terms of monthly web visits and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). The actual research was conducted on 178 respondents by using online questionnaires and the sampling technique was nonprobability purposive sampling. The subjects of this research are the people who have shopped in Tokopedia using the mobile app, and have the intention to shop again in the future. The data are processed through validity, reliability, and statistical analysis and performed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that Consumer Ethnocentrism have positive influences towards Attitude towards Foreign Products, this statement against previous research which states that the relationship between these hypotheses is negative.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pekerja milenial jabodetabek di masa pandemi Covid. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan sebesar 160 sampel pekerja milenial di Jabodetabek dengan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan program SmartPls dalam menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian mendukung adanya pengaruh signifikan negatif stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja serta pengaruh signifikan positif stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pekerja milenial. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention pekerja milenial. Terakhir, penelitian ini membuktikan kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara stres kerja dan turnover intention pekerja milenial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya dampak positif dari insentif finansial, insentif non finansial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan berusia milenial di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sejumlah 230 responden karyawan usia milenial di area Jabodetabek. Teknik yang dipergunakan untuk pengambilan sample adalah metode Nonprobability Sampling – Purposive Sampling, yaitu dengan cara menetapkan kriteria tertentu pada pemilihan sampelnya. Pengumpulan data responden dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Terdapat 29 pertanyaan yang akan diukur menggunakan skala likert 5 poin. Untuk selanjutnya data akan diolah dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan SmartPLS dengan teknik analisis deskriptif atau asosiatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah insentif finansial, insentif non finansial dan motivasi kerja berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan dalam pengelolaan kepuasan kerja karyawan usia milenial agar karyawan lebih bertahan lama pada perusahaan.
