Abstract

FTBM Jawa Barat merupakan forum yang berusaha membagun jalinan kerjasama antar TBM diseluruh wilayah provinsi Jawa Barat. Salah satu program yang dijalankan oleh FTBM Jawa Barat yaitu mengangkat tema literasi finansial. Tema literasi finansial ini dipilih atas hasil keresahan dan diskusi anggota FTBM Jawa Barat yang melihat banyaknya potensi yang bisa diolah di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Oleh karena itu, FTBM Jawa Barat mewadahi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan literasi finansial ini. metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa proses knowledge sharing pada FTBM Jawa Barat meliputi sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi, dan internalisasi. Hasilnya melibatkan pengelola/pengurus dan anggota FTBM Jawa Barat dalam berbagi pengetahuan. Kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan yang dilakukan berupa webinar dan melalui media sosial. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah koordinasi antar pengurus yang lama dan pendaan kegiatan. Kata Kunci: knowledge sharing, literasi finansial, ftbm jawa barat

Abstract

Rapid advances in technology are making it more convenient for the various activities currently being carried out. Technology that continues to develop requires humans to be able to follow these developments. The Nagari Children's Reading House is one of the agencies that has developed an automation system as an application of this technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) at Rumah Baca Anak Nagari and to assist in data entry into SLiMS. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The Nagari Children's Reading House has used SLiMS which they learned self-taught and from training held by the library. By using SLiMS, they are able to arrange books on the shelves according to their classification numbers and can make it easier to find books in this reading house.

Abstract

The research investigates how psychological empowerment, job characteristics, and reward systems influence innovative work behavior. Employees demonstrating innovative spirit are very important for an organization facing the ever-changing market dynamics. Data for this research were gathered quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to PT Aji Putra Jaya staff members. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is used. Multiple linear regression will be used to analyse the data after validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The research results are expected to show that psychological empowerment, job characteristics, and partial and simultaneous incentive schemes significantly and favourably influence creative work practices. The study aims to develop employee empowerment programs, redesign jobs to increase autonomy, and create a more relevant reward system to encourage innovation.
