Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Knowing the influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 2) Knowing the influence of the learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 3) Knowing the influence of discipline and learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. The data analysis technique used in this study are data instrument test, classic assumption test,multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the study: 1) there is an influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 2) there is an influence of learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 3) there is an influence of learning discipline and learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang is 67,4%

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class XI MAN 2 Cilacap students still do not meet the KKM. Even though the learning methods used by the teacher are quite good for the student-centered learning method, it is possible that there is a discrepancy between the learning method and the student's learning style. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the learning styles of class XI social studies MAN 2 Cilacap students in economics subjects and find out the influence of these learning styles on their learning results. Based on its objectives, this study employs a quantitative approach, including correlational research. The population of this study was 194 students, with a sample size of 65 students. A questionnaire is used as a research instrument in the data collection technique. In addition to questionnaires, researchers also use documentation, observations, and unstructured interviews to explore additional data so that the necessary data can be collected. To find out the relationship between variables, the analysis of the determinant coefficient is used, while the hypothesis test uses the t test. As a result, 47% had a visual learning style, 30.77% had an auditory learning style, and the remaining 21.53% had a kinesthetic learning style. The learning outcomes of students in economics subjects who have reached the KKM score are 63%, and the remaining 37% have not reached the KKM score. Furthermore, based on the results of hypothesis testing, learning styles have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. This means that the more appropriate the application of the student's learning style, the better the study's results. Vice versa, the application of learning styles that are not in accordance with the character of students makes learning outcomes less optimal. This is evidenced by the value in the T test results, which show that the calculated t is 6.060 > the table t value is 1.998, and the significance rate is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be stated that the H1 hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana gambaran brand image produk rabbani di outlet rabbani Cilacap ? (2) Bagaimana gambaran minat beli busana muslim di outlet rabbani Cilacap ? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh brand image terhadap minat beli busana muslim pada konsumen rabbani di outlet Cilacap ?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantatif asosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 300, dan diambil sampel 75 responden. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik convenience sampling, yaitu peneliti dalam teknik ini memilih partisipan dan menentukan responden. Validitas data diuji dengan metode Pearson Corelation, uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach, uji normalitas menggunakan metode Kolmogorov-Sminorv, dan uji homogenitas menggunakan metode Homogenity of Variance. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian : (1) Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa 75 responden terdapat sebagian besar menyatakan brand rabbani berkategori tinggi dengan persentase 82 %. (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 75 responden sebagian besar berkategori tinggi dengan 77 % hal tersebut diartikan bahwa beberapa responden tersebut mempunyai minat beli yang tinggi. (3) Berdasrkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel brand image terhadap minat beli busana muslim di outlet rabbani Cilacap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan diperolehnya Persamaan Y= 14,230 + 0,598X. Dan dengan koefisen korelasi sebesar 0,609 atau 60,9% , sedangkan nilai R squer 0,371 mengandung pengertian bahwa ada pengaruh variabel x (brand image) terhadap variabel Y( minat beli) sebesar 37,1% dengan kata lain 62, 9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
