Abstract

Pacitan is a coastal area with a small area of ​​rice fields, so many residents whose livelihoods are not farmers. The women spend more of their days and spare time with batik. The beauty of nature has inspired various decorations and motifs of Pacitan Batik, which are full of biological symbols. The typical Pacitan motifs are pace fruit or noni and sea coral. The classic batik made in Pacitan is now in danger of extinction because the batik artisans have entered an old age and regeneration has not yet matched the results. This research purposes to determine creativity effect and product innovation on customer satisfaction. The technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a sample of 90 respondents. The results in this study obtained a score of 54.2%, this score indicates that there is an influence between the variables of creativity and product innovation on customer satisfaction. This study is proposed to emphasize the importance of creativity and innovation skills in product development, especially in the batik industry in the city of Pacitan, East Java Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe consumer perceptions of customer relationship management (CRM), product differentiation, and price on purchasing decisions for batik Pekalongan. Design / methodology / approach: The technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model/SEM. The primary data of this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews with 150 respondents. Findings: The results of the study concluded that CRM, product differentiation, and price have an influence on purchasing decisions of Batik Pekalongan. Research limitations/implications: This study is proposed to fill research gaps while emphasizing the importance of CRM, product differentiation and price factors on purchasing decisions for SMEs in Indonesia, especially Pekalongan City. These three factors play an important role for the sustainability of SMEs in building creativity and innovation so that they are expected to make a positive contribution to business sustainability, especially SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the element of package, product quality and perceived value on consumer purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, and the data in the study were collected through surveys. The population in this study were consumers of Batik Komar Bandung products, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The questionnaire in this study was measured with a Likert scale to determine respondents' perceptions regarding the elements of package, perceived value, and purchasing decisions made by consumers. The data obtained were processed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate if there is a positive influence from the element of package, productquality and perceived value on consumer purchasing decisions on Batik Komar Bandung products. The findings of this study can provide insight for managers and owners of IKM, especially those of UKM Batik Komar Bandung, so that they can further improve consumer purchasing decisions and achieve higher profits.
