Abstract

Advances in information technology, especially internet media, provide many benefits, such as in terms of speed and convenience, but on the other hand, they contain risks that can cause losses to customers. In this regard, protection for customers who use internet banking is needed to protect the rights of customers as consumers of banking services. This study aims to determine the development of internet banking users in Indonesian banking and to determine legal protection for customers who use internet banking from the point of view of laws and Islamic law. The researcher uses a normative juridical approach, namely a legal research method that is carried out by examining library materials. In this study there are primary data sources, namely obtained from laws and regulations, sources of Islamic law and secondary data obtained from articles, bulletins, or scientific papers. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that although there are no laws and regulations that specifically regulate internet banking, in the positive legal order in Indonesia there are laws that regulate legal protection for consumers (customers who use internet banking), one of which is the establishment of Deposit Guarantee (LPS). Implementation of legal protection for customers who use internet banking by LPS according to Islamic law is permissible, because there is no argument prohibiting its implementation and also the implementation does not contain actions that deviate from the terms and conditions in Islamic law.

Abstract

The stratetgy of Rachel Vennya’social campaign on Instagram is measurement in the sense of achieving the goals or objectives that have been previously set by the Rachel Vennya social campaign which aims to increase interest in donations among millenials so that other circles follow and people in need can immediately receive asistance, especially for people who are sick or have symptoms of covid and other people who are affected by this covid-19, both physically and spiritually. Based on this, the following problems are formulated: (1) What is the strategy forusing instagram’s social meta by Rachel Vennya in attracting donations? (2) How effective is Rachel Vennya’s communication model on instagram in growing millenial donation interest on the Kitabisa.com fundraising platform?. This research is a qualitative research. The results showed that (1) the campaign strategy through rachel Vennya's Instagram social media by uploading photo and video posts, taking real action and updating about the distribution of donation funds to a predetermined place made researchers believe that the communication strategy carried out by rachel Vennya was successful by looking at the response of the people who are so sympathetic and enthusiastic to help donate and also disseminate information to donate to other communities. (2) the effectiveness of the campaign carried out by Rachel has proven to be effective because there is a percentage of 83.63% of the number of donors after seeing the post, and this is a very high percentage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana tvOnenews.com dan Liputan6.com membingkai pemberitaan kontroversi ajaran sesat Al-Zaytun menggunakan model framing Robert N. Entman serta membandingkan kedua media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami framing yang digunakan oleh kedua media terkait isu tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka melalui analisis teks dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tvOnenews.com dan Liputan6.com sama-sama menganggap ajaran sesat Al-Zaytun sebagai polemik di masyarakat. Penyebab masalah yang disoroti adalah viralnya ponpes Al-Zaytun Indramayu karena penggabungan jemaah pria dan wanita saat salat Idul Fitri 1444 H. TvOnenews.com menyoroti Panji Gumilang sebagai tokoh sentral ajaran sesat, sedangkan Liputan6.com lebih fokus pada respons pemerintah dan tokoh masyarakat. Kedua media juga sama-sama mendorong pemerintah untuk mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap Ponpes Al-Zaytun dan Panji Gumilang. Perbandingan framing antara kedua media menunjukkan kesamaan dalam memuat tanggapan tokoh masyarakat, namun tvOnenews.com lebih menonjolkan aspek ajaran sesat dan Panji Gumilang, sementara Liputan6.com lebih fokus pada reaksi pemerintah dan tokoh tanpa menonjolkan aspek ajaran tersebut.
