Abstract

Background: Bullying is a serious issue in many countries, including Indonesia. KPAI data shows that bullying has dominated cases of violence in education from 2011 to 2019. Bullying is an aggressive, intentional, and repetitive act that involves a power imbalance and impacts various aspects of life. Research Objective: To examine the relationship between effective teacher communication and bullying behavior among students at SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi, grades X and XI, in 2023. Research Method: Quantitative research with an Observational Analytic design and a Cross-Sectional approach. Results: The Chi-Square test showed a p value of 0.003 < α (0.05), indicating that Ha is accepted. Conclusion: There is a relationship between effective teacher communication and bullying behavior among grade X and XI students at SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi in 2023.

Abstract

In this sophisticated era, the use of mobile phones among teenagers has increased rapidly both for learning and daily needs. Excessive use of mobile phones will have an impact on the lifestyle of teenagers because of playing online games. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact of online games among teenagers in the perspective of Islam, especially referring to the views of the hadith. The population in this study were teenagers aged 15-17 years who played the online game mobile legend around 4-7 hours or more per day and teenagers who were addicted to the online game mobile legend numbered 5 respondents. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach by means of observation and interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis of interviews and observations show that the influence of the online game mobile legend greatly affects the development and growth of teenagers because online games affect the health, psychology, academics, social, and free time that teenagers have is wasted which is detrimental to themselves. Islam does not forbid its people to have fun, but it must remain within the limits and corridors that are determined. The games played should be in accordance with their portion, aka not excessive. Don't let entertainment take up all your time, disrupt your health, hinder other activities, take up study and work time and don't let it distract someone from their main duties, especially in worship, and don't let it make people forget about more important games, such as physical exercise to improve your health or do better activities than being addicted to playing online games. Games also shouldn't make people fall into addiction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how counselors' interpersonal communication works in resolving counselors' anxiety problems: Islamic counseling studies. The data mining technique in this research uses a qualitative approach using library research techniques, namely collecting data through several pieces of literature that are related to the discussion. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The findings obtained by the author in this research are that interpersonal communication in the counseling process is very necessary, especially during deep interviews with clients in order to overcome anxiety. Furthermore, the suggestion process is carried out in order to strengthen the counselee's mentality so that the counselee can solve the problem independently.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Prilly Latuconsina's Shopee PayLater advertising representation on people's consumer behavior, especially in Medan City in 2024. The method used is qualitative research with Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic analysis approach, which focuses on identifying signs in advertisements and audience interpretation of the messages conveyed. The results of the study show that the Shopee PayLater advertisement featuring Prilly Latuconsina as a brand ambassador has succeeded in attracting the attention of young audiences by conveying messages about the convenience, benefits, and attractive incentives of the service. The discussion shows that well-known public figures are effective in increasing public interest in digital services and influencing consumer behavior. In conclusion, the advertisement has succeeded in strengthening the adoption of Shopee PayLater services and encouraging increased consumption among the community, especially those who are young and open to technological innovation.
